今日同老媽子去呢間食 tea,我第一時間就叫左個黯然銷魂飯(因為出名),老媽子就叫左個榨菜肉絲雞翼麵。先講黯然銷魂飯,真係名過其實,流心蛋同埋D飯都 Ok,飯唔太硬撈埋D蛋汁都尚算可以,但叉燒就過份濃味,我都出名重口味都頂佢唔順。至於個榨菜肉絲雞翼麵,等到我差不多食完個飯先至到,理由係雞翼要炸,ok又俾佢講得通。D雞翼新鮮炸起皮脆肉嫩(老媽子講嘅),總括黎講都係普普通通,一般茶餐廳質素。

今日沒有吃敏華冰廳出名的暗然銷魂飯,只想試吓他們的三文治類型的茶餐。叫了一客 鹹牛肉雞蛋三文治,一拿上手感到件包有小小嚡,但吃落時蛋牛熱熱的,令件包也軟起來,味道不錯。法蘭西多士 好香脆,件牛油還做成心型,好有心思。叫了兩杯奶茶,奶茶算香滑,有茶香,小巧的一杯。

無啦啦掛起八號風球, 屋企冇儲糧, 又見唔算好大風, 於是出去睇下有咩餐廳開。行到如心廣場商場二期見到敏華開咗, 又唔駛排隊, 好啦, 就食佢啦! 之前有食過佢哋O既黯然銷魂飯, 係不錯的! 但我哋今次想試其他。A3 餐 - 沙茶牛肉米拼腸旦多士個沙茶牛肉米D 牛肉得幾舊, D 湯係蓋過晒米粉同牛肉, 份量真心比較少。腸仔表面有油, 但食落冇煎過O既香味, 似係洽熟再喺唔熱O既油上面碌過香煎芙蓉旦飯 - 偏鹹, 最後係鹹到食唔晒O既整體嚟講, 呢餐係好失望O既, 味道同餐廳衛生都需要改善。

先黎講個沙滑蛋(常餐既精髓),有蛋香,都十分嫩滑,bubu就最喜歡將隻蛋放上去多士一齊食🙋🏻‍♀️!? 另外,佢既多士都好出色😮!多士屬厚多士,外層烘到十分脆,但成個面包都唔會乾身,仲係軟綿綿。至於沙茶牛肉公仔麵,就好令人失望🙈好食既公仔麵最重要係軟硬度,一過左時間就會太腍,失去口感。所以茶餐廳既廚一般唔會煮太耐,公仔麵仲係偏硬既時候上枱。原因就係上到客人枱,甚至食左幾啖,麵都仲未腍晒呀~好可惜幫襯當日員工太少人太忙啦,bubu見住自己個麵係出餐口到無上枱好耐,確實好心痛😭。而且沙茶味唔算好濃郁,雖然牛肉份量都好多,都腍既~哎呀呀~但估唔到遲來既公仔麵係敗筆。

單價一個要成7蚊一個!bubu細細個個時自2蚊渣😭~佢既酥皮係屬於硬身既,但又未去到曲奇皮既硬,但同時佢又好鬆化❤️~中間既蛋好有蛋香,甜度岩岩好,再加上排隊等出爐(雖然坐住餐廳食住等),熱辣辣既蛋撻真係好難輸,更何況佢既酥皮同蛋漿都好出色👍!

我好少去茶餐廳呀,冰室食飯,今次難得嚟荃灣如心廣場附近行街,撞正下晝Tea time時間,見有啲肚餓所以是但揀左一間餐廳入去食下野,亂咁行入依間敏華冰室,因為冇位所以都等左一陣。一坐低,侍應即刻遞餐牌俾我哋揀咗好耐都諗唔到食咩好,本身想揀依個黯然銷魂飯試吓㗎,但係又驚食唔晒浪費而且唔想下午茶時間就食飯咁Heavy所以最後我揀咗個~茶餐T2黎食!朋友就揀咗個~A2嘅五香肉丁公仔麵&炒滑蛋火腿&多士佢啲炒蛋真係好滑好香基本上係入口即溶,我覺得真係幾好味唔錯唔錯,食到一半我忍唔住講咗一句:「佢啲炒滑蛋真係好好味呀!」而且啲火腿又好香,一啲都唔會油膩,而且佢煎得又唔會話好燶好咸喎,因為有啲茶餐廳嘅火腿煎到油淋淋,見到都唔想食仲有佢啲歐式軟多士都好好味,我係一個對於西多士麻麻哋嘅人,因為唔鍾意食西多士,不嬲覺得好油~但係佢啲軟多士我全部食清光再搽埋佢啲牛油嚟食真係一流呀!又脆又香口,簡簡單單咁已經好好食。至於佢杯熱檸茶&凍啡就正正常常囉,冇話特別好飲或難飲咁,正常水準。下次有機會嘅話,再試埋佢嘅 新鮮出爐酥皮蛋撻&黯然銷魂飯先

佢啲炒蛋真係好滑好香

基本上係入口即溶,我覺得真係幾好味
唔錯唔錯,食到一半我忍唔住講咗一句:「佢啲炒滑蛋真係好好味呀!」

而且啲火腿又好香,一啲都唔會油膩,
而且佢煎得又唔會話好燶好咸喎,
因為有啲茶餐廳嘅火腿煎到油淋淋,
見到都唔想食


仲有佢啲歐式軟多士都好好味,
我係一個對於西多士麻麻哋嘅人,
因為唔鍾意食西多士,不嬲覺得好油~
但係佢啲軟多士我全部食清光

再搽埋佢啲牛油嚟食真係一流呀!
又脆又香口,簡簡單單咁已經好好食。

至於佢杯熱檸茶&凍啡就正正常常囉,
冇話特別好飲或難飲咁,正常水準。
下次有機會嘅話,

今日食完午餐埋單嘅時候,收銀服務員(陳嘉欣)態度非常差,本人其實想問蛋tart幾時會出爐,但係當時已經叫左呢位服務員數次先有回應,原因係該位陳服務員當時同另一位同事閒談中,閒談之間非常雀躍,當回應我嘅時候卻面有難色及態度甚差,應該可能係我打斷左陳性服務員嘅關係,所以就換泥如此嘅對待,請貴餐廳跟進一下係咪5休做,咁樣嘅服務態度好難再吸引更多客人光顧,其實其他樓面服務員嘅態度都係一般但係都可以勉強接受,但收銀員就難以接受
