今日呢就約咗家姐喺屯門到食呢一間敏華冰室,我自己呢就好鍾意食豬膶一入到去我梗係嗌個豬膶牛肉公仔麵,咁雖然佢冇X發麵檔個豬潤咁出名啦!不過有時口痕起上嚟好想食豬膶呢一間都係一間唔錯嘅選擇,佢個湯呢都幾好食架好入味而且佢都好多間分店所以我相信都好方便搵到佢嘅!

平日早餐都求求其難得放假,就去食個開心既早餐😆呢間敏華新開左一排到而家先有機會去試臨行到發現唔少人響門口排緊隊但佢好好,有條拉帶安排排隊位置所以人龍唔會出現混亂情況排左大約5分鐘就入得登登~我叫左沙茶牛米,炒旦,多士大烘佢個沙茶牛味道夠濃厚牛肉夠林,有5-6片炒蛋唔會過老多士係厚多士,我叫要求大烘, 入口香脆鬆軟貪心既我, 再叫多左個蛋撻我平時只食曲奇皮既蛋撻, 但呢一個酥皮蛋撻令我完全改觀平時D酥皮係鬆脆, 邊食邊搞到成身都係碎入口咀嚼時, 仲會分得出蛋還蛋, 酥皮還酥皮但佢個呢個酥皮係口感鬆化, 入口時蛋同酥皮互相融合而餐廳每次只會整一盤出黎賣, 賣哂就要再等下一轉所以保証你叫既蛋撻都係新鮮熱辣真係必食推介!

我平時只食曲奇皮既蛋撻, 但呢一個酥皮蛋撻令我完全改觀
平時D酥皮係鬆脆, 邊食邊搞到成身都係碎
入口咀嚼時, 仲會分得出蛋還蛋, 酥皮還酥皮
但佢個呢個酥皮係口感鬆化, 入口時蛋同酥皮互相融合
而餐廳每次只會整一盤出黎賣, 賣哂就要再等下一轉
所以保証你叫既蛋撻都係新鮮熱辣

專程隔離邨行過去食,等左大概20分鐘,到嘅時候,有個阿姐叫一位我入去,跟住以為有人接,之後其他阿姐忙,我等多陣再問,阿姐叫我入去,最後有位長髮姐姐話,叫左你好耐,又唔行入黎,問候一輪先叫我坐入去,態度惡劣,之後坐左陣無食就離開了,失望,沒想過這樣大集團,會有低級服務,之前係其他區,會有姐姐招呼坐好位置才問食咩野,偶爾過來問齊野未,人多便需要人流管理,不是人多便下降服務質素,請人沒充足培訓,何來優質服務

真心唔錯,今次吃左個超級雜扒飯🤩滿足曬!雞扒同埋塊厚豬扒都做左奄制功夫,完全冇雪藏味,煎得唔會過火,所以好多肉汁😍,自定調味豉油,再加上秘制蔥油,味感一絕👍🏻下次試吓個黯然銷魂飯😆可惜就係吃好野就係要等,勁多人排隊等入坐,起碼要成15分鐘先能入座,新餐廳裝修有特色,位置闊落,如果有埋懷舊粵語金曲播來聽下會更有特色😊

第一日就去食咗........................
其實之前喺葵芳已經食過
但每次去都勁多人
今日新開張竟然唔洗排隊@@ (可能d人以為未開)
所以即刻衝咗入去食
今次試咗叉燒米粉

米粉真係不得不讚
平時普通茶記係用白色果隻cheap cheap米粉
而呢到係用透明果隻
好有口感 爽口彈牙
叉燒雖然冇黯然銷魂飯嘅叉燒咁好食
但都係易入口 唔會好硬身
炒蛋好正

總括嚟講,相比其他茶餐廳
咁嘅價錢都算中上

有逾40年歷史的旺角文華冰廳光榮結業,之後易手俾太興集團,再改名做敏華。戰線係旺角已經同民華競爭,今日已經鬥到入屯門,同埋一條街,論規模面積,敏華嬴,不過呢度冇麵包賣,價錢相對貴常餐-夠薑豬膶牛肉通粉丶煎蛋丶多士丶奶茶$59湯底夠濃味,用既唔係出面嗰啲薑絲,而係拍扁咗嘅薑粒,夠晒姜,牛肉同豬膶份量都足夠,豬膶就比較大嚿,煎蛋顏色偏黃,似力康蛋,多士就好軟熟奶茶就最好味茶餐-咖吔多士丶菠蘿賓治$35夾住一大嚿鮮牛油,份量比較細件,反而菠蘿賓治有好多菠蘿🍍總括嚟講,呢度地方夠大,坐得好舒服,雖然價錢貴啲,但係就好過附近D餐廳,比較細間,食物出品始終大集團,衛生程度最好缺點係通風不足,成日有陣燒叉燒嘅煤氣味

湯底夠濃味,用既唔係出面嗰啲薑絲,而係拍扁咗嘅薑粒,夠晒姜,牛肉同豬膶份量都足夠,豬膶就比較大嚿,煎蛋顏色偏黃,似力康蛋,多士就好軟熟
