To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣太冷,午餐一定要吃飽才夠暖。在佐敦附近上班,就在地鐵站旁邊見到有牛奶冰室,不用等位立刻入座。焗黑松露汁一口雞球飯$64,雞球外酥內嫩,保留肉汁。飯粒粒分明,有炒底特別香。黑松露汁味道較淡,反而白汁芝士未更濃。搭配的新鮮蔬菜,爽口又清新,讓整道菜不會過於油膩。加$18配上湯浸娃娃菜。娃娃菜鮮嫩爽口很甜,有杞子在上湯煮,味道更清甜,連湯都喝光,喝完整個人暖呼呼的。埋單$82,吃得又飽又暖,味道也不錯,性價比高,怪不得食客絡繹不絕,也成為了我近期至愛的餐廳。

牛奶冰室的鮮牛公仔面配雙蛋加多士,這道菜色看似簡單,卻融匯了多種滋味和質地,令人回味無窮。首先,鮮嫩的牛肉條鋪在綿密的公仔麵上,散發著牛肉的濃郁香氣。兩顆煎得恰到好處的荷包蛋,黃澄澄的蛋黃流露出滑嫩的口感,完美地與牛肉和公仔麵融合。還有酥脆的多士,可以吸收湯汁,增加整個餐點的飽足感。令我最滿意的,是這家餐廳能夠完美平衡各種口感和滋味。咬下去,牛肉的鮮甜、蛋黃的濃郁、多士的酥脆,在口中交織出絕妙的層次感。這樣一份看似普通,但卻精心製作的經典早餐,讓人百吃不厭。

又係趕住去做嘢嘅關係,所以同朋友經過啲地方叫外賣就算數,簡單經過見到牛奶冰室就直接響嗰度叫外賣,等嘅時間都唔算太耐,可以接受嘅。第一個飯個名實在太長,其實個人覺得個名改得有啲實在太誇張,去到尾都係叉燒煎蛋飯。全名叫做蒜香蜜汁叉燒煎半焗流心雙蛋飯,成個飯其實都幾好食,蛋亦都真係做到留心嘅,雖然其實都係太陽蛋咁上下,叉燒亦都唔錯,蜜汁味都幾濃,我諗唯一唔滿意就係佢個名實在太無謂地咁長。上海嫩雞米線,朋友話食落都唔錯嘅,只不過唔會有啲乜嘢驚喜,我淨係想話個名簡簡單單咪幾好囉。仲有一個就係惹味中式牛柳,配埋白飯,呢個中式牛柳都係用蜜桃唔用菠蘿,所以味道會偏甜多個酸味,不過配落牛柳到其實都可以接受,份量亦都唔錯,個名亦都唔會太浮誇。

煎蛋叉烧饭,很招牌,叉烧是肥瘦相间,不柴不腻刚刚好。甜咸搭配的很好,加上未熟的蛋黄和米饭,还有叉烧汁,一口下去很满足。红豆牛奶冰也很好喝,不会很甜腻,搭配起来刚刚好。
