一向鐘意食魚,見九龍灣呢間新開諗住試下“酸湯魚片湯飯”,點知等左半個鐘,追左老闆娘2次,終於有,好在都幾大碗.值得讚d魚片冇骨,起骨乾淨.不過酸味吾太出,或覺係似真係味精既,d湯亦吾油。可能新開試業,只收現金。係半自助式,先去門口購票付款,攞牌仔,店員會送餐到枱面反而招牌既燉湯冇叫,下次有機會可以try try 先~ continue reading

經過九龍灣剛好午飯時間,到湯鮮生試下新野。 餐廳在試業階段, 另外還有兩間分店在灣仔和火炭。 新開張店內整潔乾淨, 點兩款酸湯牛拉粉,招牌銷魂乳鴿酸湯牛拉粉$39、 陳皮鴨腿酸湯牛拉粉$59、 麻辣皮蛋$19、 熱咖啡$6、凍檸茶$9。 ▫️招牌銷魂乳鴿酸湯牛拉粉🍜 ~ 要小辣, 湯底酸酸地帶點微辣幾開胃,牛拉粉口感有點似瀨粉, 半隻bb乳鴿味道正常。 ▫️陳皮鴨腿酸湯牛拉粉🍜 ~ 陳皮鴨腿口感軟腍, 可以一試。 ▫️麻辣皮蛋🥚 ~ 份量偏小, 皮蛋質感散散地。 ▫️熱咖啡☕ ~ 原先想點啡走, 店員聽錯我想要啤酒🤣, 但啡走和啤酒都沒有,只有普通咖啡, 不過唔好飲。 ▫️凍檸茶🥤 ~ 我點普通凍檸茶,但成杯是走甜的。這裏出名燉湯但我沒有試, 有機會再來。 continue reading

成日經過灣仔「湯鮮生」都未有機會試,見天氣凍凍地,就二話不說入去飲個湯先。入去先知原來是半自助形式,先購買之後店員會代送餐。內裡也是快餐店般裝潢,地方尚算乾淨。餐牌一張睇曬,全部套是套餐。套餐是燉湯、飯及飲品。自由拼配出不同價價由$70 至 $110 左右,我認為價錢比合理高少少。黑蒜燉土雞五指毛桃黨參燉龍骨估唔到兩盅湯份量咁大,一打開蓋了感受到湯的熱度,十級熨咀,兩款湯都真材實料,尤其是「黑蒜燉土雞」,黑蒜甜度高加上土鷄的肉香,令湯十分鮮甜好味,飲到全身發滾。南瓜蒸排骨唔熱嘅,但味道就冇問題,排骨入味好食,南瓜得三小件,會唔會少左啲?!汁用黎撈飯都不差。日式燒鯖魚賣相吾吸引,條魚黑媽媽⋯⋯加左醬汁都感覺到鯖魚質感頗乾,麻麻地。 continue reading
