一年一度秋刀魚歸位,我對佢嘅望穿秋水等如疫情防疫措施底下不能見到家人的感覺一樣多麼的掛念 「笑」,六個人八條,不偏不倚剛剛好,雖然不是最肥美的狀態,但是也可以一解我相思之苦「笑」雖然已經係其中一位老顧客但係驚喜永遠不絕,今次新菜式「毛蟹壽司」絕對係民聲版本「肉餅山」的概念,有睇頭,另外自創的台灣式日本料理配搭「大拖羅配上海膽及紫蘇葉」也令我非常感動,大拖羅的油脂不會過膩,因為他結合了清甜的赤海膽及清新的紫蘇葉所溶化,有興趣的朋友不妨一試另外個人最歡喜的其中一度牡丹蝦每次都不會令我失望,最過人之處是師傅把蝦頭蝦球膏輕輕燒過放在牡丹蝦上邊,清甜的牡丹蝦配上蝦味濃郁的精華係一種震撼再一次多謝師父幫我是次特別預訂各種時令刺身,希望各位有一個開心及熱愛的午餐

被我老豆稱為食爛肉碎飯😂差不多5年前啱啱開果陣幫襯過一次今次再食其實丼飯唔係主角啲角切魚生(即係我老豆所謂嘅爛肉碎)中規中矩而侍應再三強調個豉油係專為個飯而設所以係較濃味魚生唔使點咁多但係其實食落個豉油又唔覺得有咩咁特製而二食用海鮮湯做茶漬都不過不失所以丼飯嚟講我覺得係退步左不過一百蚊鬆啲食到呢碗丼飯都算勝價比ok反而日本直送拖羅三點就真係正嘅直送無冰過即到即食係鮮味塊中拖係世一夠哂肥,香、腍、滑反而大拖有根🥲

還記得兩年多前魚生飯的鮮味,可惜今天再試,昔日的味道已一去不返。可以説今天嘗到的魚生蓉已經再無鮮味,只剩下鼓油及芥辣的味道。確實是把魚生蓉放進口裏,但感覺只是一堆魚肉混合物。 老實說,以這個價錢能夠食到一碗魚生蓉飯,已經算是不錯,理應沒有甚麼可以投訴,但對比起往日食到的新鮮魚生蓉,今天的食材質素實在大有所降。服務員的待客態度是不錯的。但竟然缺乏了對客人的最基本服務,斟茶。我與友人坐了足十五分鐘,都未有服務員到來為我的空杯加茶,令人感覺未有提供基本服務。坐了二十分鐘才有服務員來為我點餐。當天只有一名服務員,反眏店家未有安排充足人手,為客人提供服務。店內環境亦比過往嘈吵,服務員與食客溝通時聲量較大,加上店舖面積少,使聲音擴大,有點似街市買餸之感。負責處理食物的師傅與侍應生及洗碗姐姐的對話都很大聲,且對答頻繁,夾雜着閑聊,令用餐環境變得嘈雜,食客未能在安靜環境下進餐,用餐體驗大打折扣。希望店家能夠改善,無論對食客,對同事的溝通時,可以將音量收細,形造一個舒適的用餐環境予食客。基於食物質素下降及用膳環境變差,無耐地只能給予往日我最喜愛的餐廳一個負評。
