I tried this place as it is new in town…. But the experience was bad. First of all, they did not allow us to order the cheap sukiyaki sets in the lunch menu instead pointing us to exactly the same set in the a la carte menu with a higher price tag. We ended up ordering the HKD198/person beef sukiyaki set for two + Nambu sushi (4 rolls for 280…). We ended up ordering the HKD198/person beef sukiyaki set for two + Nambu sushi (4 rolls for 280…). 話係二人餐的shabushabu,實際上就是一人份,刺身壽司也不新鮮。最好笑的是串燒,呢串燒到乾嘖嘖嘅雞軟骨,盛惠38蚊。。。唔怪之得午市時間得果兩檯客啦!香港飲食業,真係要加油啦!

I don’t normally write reviews. But this experience was pretty shoddy so here’s my review. For 1200 HKD, I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. A lot of the dishes (bbq skewers) were under seasoned/not seasoned at all. The grilled scallops for example had no taste at all whatsoever. The only saving grace was the sashimi as that’s pretty hard to muck up (unless the quality of your fish is terrible), oh and the grilled pineapple (because pineapples are really hard to screw up). I don’t normally write reviews. But this experience was pretty shoddy so here’s my review.

For 1200 HKD, I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. A lot of the dishes (bbq skewers) were under seasoned/not seasoned at all. The grilled scallops for example had no taste at all whatsoever.

The only saving grace was the sashimi as that’s pretty hard to muck up (unless the quality of your fish is terrible), oh and the grilled pineapple (because pineapples are really hard to screw up).

Maybe I should just stick with their set meal instead of ordering a la carte. 🤷‍♀️

上菜慢,服務員根本沒有經驗,上菜超慢,追一下只是隨便敷衍你,連扮都唔扮去跟進一下,態度差,侍應全都是新請完全沒有經驗,加上入門口打鼓根本多餘完全是噪音,食物水準非常一般,無謂唗錢買難受

見商場賣廣告,食物照好吸引,決定夜晚一試。 食物味道正常,溫度夠熱,應該係即叫即整,但份量較少。星期五夜晚約8點入座,其實都只係得5-6枱客,侍應有3個,壽司師傅有2個,但唔知點解感覺上係人手嚴重不足😵叫左個鍋物套餐(有:沙律、炸蠔、茶碗蒸、加州卷、豚肉片、野菜拼盤、雪糕)。服務令人無奈😮‍💨:1. 套餐要2人起,但就只係比個1人鍋兩個人一齊用2. 上個沙律用左20分鐘,其餘食物續樣續樣慢慢上,最後個野菜拼盤用左接近1個鐘先上,仲要唔追唔上🫠明明啲菜式唔複雜,有一半菜式唔洗煮,只係洗洗切切同拼埋一齊,都可以用咁耐,唔係應該一早組裝好然後即叫即上架咩?😅3. 食完成個餐,一隻碟都無收過,水都無refill過。隔離枱走左,成枱都係碗碟都無人執,啲侍應行過好似睇唔到咁🙂‍↔️4. 侍應們行出行入看似好忙,貌似經理嘅人仲喺度話啲下屬,但咁嘅服務其實又唔知佢地忙左啲咩🤔5. 2人安排坐一張4人枱,自然坐埋其中一邊。食緊前菜時,侍應上左個湯鍋,放左喺枱嘅另一邊。原本以為佢係唔想阻住我地食前菜所以先放埋一邊,點知準備食鍋物嘅時候,佢直接開左另一邊嘅爐,點食呀😅最後我地自己搬返個鍋放喺面前食6. 叫埋單
