一家在太古看電影 (007skyfall還真不錯呢!) 看完才只是四時多, 爸爸和哥先回家去我和媽媽就在此商場閒逛一會 都沒買到了些甚麼 但肚子已有點餓了可能因為午餐比較早吃吧想想在這附近有甚麼好吃的 突然想起有我一直已想試的越南菜館芽莊越式料理, 便拉了媽媽來!到達時才只是六時半, 門外已有三數人才輪候, 是因為眼見內裡有桌子都給留位了的原因吧~我們才二人突拿了籌子後只需等約五分鐘便能內進了!一坐下, 打開menu我倆也花了一點時間才能下單, 因款式不少我們決定需時其實我已一早鎖定了我想試的主菜, 只是媽媽還未決定好, 加上想另外叫的一道沙律/小吃還沒定下來...最後選了又選終於決定了-燒牛肉沙律($68), 河內番茄蟹肉湯檬($52)和河內牛爽腩粉($52)!等吃的期間先看看店內環境, 店內光線十足, 桌與桌間保持適當距離, 空間感足, 給人舒適的感覺!在等待時店員更拿上了一小碟青檸和辣椒以便我們一會作調味之用店方出菜也算很快, 我們只是閒聊了幾句, 約五分鐘, 媽媽的河內牛爽腩粉便送來了,賣相不錯, 面頭放有不少青檸葉和香草, 湯底亦見清澈沒甚麼油光牛爽腩亦有好幾大片的先喝了一口

賣相不錯, 面頭放有不少青檸葉和香草, 湯底亦見清澈沒甚麼油光
牛爽腩亦有好幾大片的
先喝了一口湯, 感覺是有牛肉味的但不算太濃而喝得多也會有點口乾和過鹹

牛肉則連著筋膜的, 牛肉嫩滑有牛味, 鬆軟可口
質素不俗,
而河粉是幼身的那種, 有點像金邊粉, 是我喜歡的
質感滑溜而有咬口又不會散碎!

加上 青檸和辣椒同吃更添滋味!
唯當我不小心咬下了一顆辣椒馬上是辣得要爆火!
哈哈!
接著是我期待已久的 河內番茄蟹肉湯檬, 這個是早前我看見相片已一直想試的!

奈何卻達不到我預期之水準...
自是賣相不太引人
配料放得有點兒馬虎的
但幸而當中的番茄味豐富茄肉成份又不少, 喝起來挺開胃的

當中有兩片半圓的扎肉和兩片長方形的扎肉, 味道基本上是沒分別的, 也是蠻不錯吃

湯面亦泛著不少蟹肉, 雖沒大味道但件著番茄湯底同吃也很討好,
而另外亦希兩顆大大粒的丸子, 不太知道是甚麼肉, 好像是蟹肉丸??

味道不過不失, 帶點彈牙還可以

檬粉我個人還是喜歡以撈的形式來吃, 如這個換上河粉應該會更合我口味!

然後再來就是我們叫了的小吃燒牛肉沙律, 這個名義上是沙律卻比我們叫的主食定價還要貴

但當店員送來時已知是物有所值了!先是賣相很吸引我們! 色彩繽紛! 看見也快要流口水!

成品當中有紅色的小番茄, 翠綠的青瓜, 嫩綠的青菜, 紫洋蔥, 燒得微焦的牛肉金黃的花生碎!

番茄酸酸甜甜, 青瓜亦十分爽口, 吃得我倆非常開懷! 加上脆口的花生又為整個成品更添食味!

最欣賞的是當中的燒牛肉份量是多得很!
把配料都吃完也還有數塊牛肉!
牛肉燒的時間恰當, 有焦香又帶點脂香味 極之惹味! 我們是停不坐口的在吃!

頓時覺得這個沙律的收費較高也是非常之合理!
價錢是可接受的

最後結帳是每人九十元左右, 在太古城這謗來說是很合理的了,
加上這個晚餐是吃的十分滿意呢!

I have eaten at this restaurant several times in other locations, so was very happy to see so close to my office, and to replace the tired old Vietnamese restaurant that used to be there. Call me boring but when I find a good Pho, I will order the same thing every time. They do an exceptional beef Pho that is tough to beat in Hong Kong. Call me boring but when I find a good Pho, I will order the same thing every time. They do an exceptional beef Pho that is tough to beat in Hong Kong. Huge serving of noodles, mint, plenty of beef and they give you lime and chilli without having to ask for it. Soup broth was very tasty, I didn’t leave a single drop in the bowl.

I have tried their sides, such as lemon grass skewers and rice rolls which are always good, but the Pho is definitely a highlight.

Service is good, staff were friendly, polite, efficient and not bothering you to hurry up and leave.

Restaurant is clean...but then it is new...

This place is tough to get into, so either go super early or after 1pm.

A must try!

This new Vietnamese restaurant is certainly creating a buzz in Tai Koo. It's always busy at lunchtimes during the week so we expected a long wait for the table. It was a difficult choice as everything in the menu looked so good. I chose the Bun Rieu (a tomato based noodle soup with crab and prawn balls) and my partner chose the Broken rice platter (pork chop, egg cake and shredded pork). Both dishes were very good. 開張不久、来了兩次, 一次在平日晚上 (有訂位, 所以不用等) 一次就是星期日下午, 都要等20分鐘, 發現佢地二人枱係等得快好多.... 三人或四人的, 只會等四方枱有人走先論到我地.... 所以等二人枱的都可以遲來先上岸........整體食物同服務都OK, 除了一個姐姐的態度不太好, 其餘的姐姐(尤其一位四眼既姐姐好有禮貌) 都OK呀!我地先嚟左三杯飲品, 好消暑呀!!! 不過我揀既菠蘿冰就唔知點解唔滿, 而且都係罐頭菠蘿, 但好在味道都OK!燒大蝦柚子沙律, 大蝦好好味, 柚子都好FRESH!蟹肉蕃茄湯檬, 好開胃, 不錯燒雞撈檬, 好涼快, 都不俗(但朋友仔說上次燒雞份量多D呀! 春卷配各式香葉, 個人都幾欣賞呢兜香葉, 包春卷一流平均每人HKD120, 食到好飽飽, 都幾滿足!

之前幫趁過中環老店,對其食物、環境、佈置都留有良好印象。上月路過太古城"搵食",發現開咗新分店仲大排人龍,唯有打退堂鼓!端午佳節,可能家家戶戶都吃粽子過節,7:30pm 到達見等候人數唔多,等咗半小時就有枱。一家四口點咗6款食物:青木瓜絲拼燒豬頸肉 - 一般燒肉圓粉卷 - 幾特別雞絲湯河 - 好味越色法包三文治 - 普通因唔夠熱&唔脆脆蝦卷撈檬 - 蝦卷好味酸子大蝦 - 蝦非常新鮮大隻又爽,汁酸酸甜甜,好開胃呀!
