呢家餃子店一向出名湯底, 而且餃子都係師傅自己親自人手包製~雲耳椰菜豬肉餃椰菜爽脆, 豬肉係新鮮即剁, 餡料非常豐富,再配上狀元九鼎湯一齊飲, 更有提鮮作用~元貝豬肉餃食到粒粒元貝香, 有淡淡既海鮮味道, 如果想惹味D, 可以配上餐廳提供既菜脯辣椒醬!不過要留意既係, 的確幾辣! 食唔到辣既朋友要注意下龍鳳松茸雙湯餃個人最中意呢款餃, 因為係白松露&黑松露雙併!基本上不用蘸任何醬汁, 都食到啖啖既松露香, 而且份量都幾多, 成個口腔都充斥住松露香味~蜜餞雞翼平時蜜糖雞翼就食得多, 蜜餞雞翼就第1次, 甜味比起密糖無咁甜, 而且仲食得一絲絲既果脯, 味道比較特別黃金原味皮蛋溏心皮蛋, 蛋味香濃, 皮蛋外層金黃呈透明狀~自家製山楂雪梨🍐水好濃郁既山楂味, 消暑必備飲品!飲落去真係透心涼,  飲到最低仲食到少少山楂, 絕對係真材實料!豆漿豆漿好順滑, 飲落去唔會有任何黃豆渣滓, 炎炎夏日下飲返杯, 尤其解渴! continue reading

聽講呢間野D餃真係好正,今日終於有機會試到。我地二人同行,叫了一份至尊松茸餃,中Size,要了煎餃唔放湯,另一份就點了大Size的元貝拼芫茜餃,一共盛惠$155,個價錢都幾堅。煎至尊松茸餃一份就有8粒,Size都算大粒,塊餃皮煎得啱啱好,少少燶但係又唔會Over晒黑晒,其實佢真係煎得幾靚,而煎咗又真係幾香,都食到有松茸味。大碗的湯餃目測有10粒,食完都米話唔飽,D餃入面嘅餡都幾新鮮,雖然貴就貴D,不過佢嘅質素真係唔錯。 continue reading

今日經過上環, 發現咗有一間專食餃子嘅餐廳.佢有好多種餃子可以揀, 可以湯上或者煎餃.聽講煎餃好食啲, 所以我就揀咗煎餃, 煎餃就比湯上貴幾蚊.寫住如果嗌煎餃就因為係即煎, 要等20分鐘, 為左好食, 我都可以等一陣的.不過結果都唔使等20分鐘就有得食!我問店員邊隻比較受歡迎, 佢介紹咗韮菜餃, 所以我就跟佢嗌咗10隻, $61.佢煎得外脆內軟, 熱辣辣, 滿滿的餡料, 一咬d汁噴到周圍都係, 嚇左一跳, 都幾好食.但我食7隻(小份量)應該夠了, 因為10隻好飽. 好彩早到左, 我食完見外面好多人排隊. continue reading

位於上環嘅餃掂手工餃子雲吞專門店,以精緻手工打造嘅餃子聞名。餐廳環境舒適,令食客感受家的溫馨~龍鳳松茸煎雙餃係必試之選,內餡加入黑白松露,香氣好撲鼻。煎餃外皮金黃酥脆,但又唔會太油膩,保持咗內餡嘅鮮味。雖然價錢比其他餃子高少少,但松露嘅豐富用量,呢個價錢都絕對值得。韭菜豬肉餃同樣出色,韭菜新鮮嫩綠,與豬肉完美結合,味道濃郁,令人食完仲想再食~同樣都係煎餃外皮同樣都係好酥脆,亦令內餡保持到juicy四川涼皮係一大驚喜,涼皮大塊且掛滿濃郁醬汁,口感軟滑,麻香辛辣嘅調味恰到好處飲品方面,蜂蜜檸檬薏米水提供咗清新滋潤嘅感覺,去濕效果佳,係膳食嘅完美配搭總結一下,餃掂用料好講究,份量亦都好大方,$80內可以係中上環食到咁豐富,性價比高,值得Encore~ continue reading
