屋企人食過三次後的結論是幾難食, 應該永不錄用. 偏偏自己每次也無緣試試它的真假.太子姐妹店已榮升到米芝蓮一星地位, 家人聽見後也覺得很無奈. 這邊况, 真的是那麼糟糕?但有時一家人也會有唔同口味的時侯! 如果你十幾個月前問我, 我會話這邊很普通.但食得多超差勁的點心後, 包括不好食的深水埗添好運店, 總覺得這裡也不算太差, 起碼好過那邊.... 以咁嘅價格食到咁嘅質素, 算差不多吧. 大底去完貴價中餐廳勁蝕過幾鑊後, 人也變得會 appreciate 平平地, 但不會太差的一餐.- 蝦餃其實無咩味, 但皮無溶溶爛爛兼算薄, 可叫做 Pass.- 蜜汁叉燒腸粉, 不是晶瑩剔透, 但比好多地方也算是有交代.- 生炒糯米飯, 這個最好吃. 質感不會過淋, 裡面的臘味也很入味. 是不是真的生炒就不知, 但比起很多酒樓的確實算不錯.暫時可再來觀察多一兩次.

太子姐妹店已榮升到米芝蓮一星地位, 家人聽見後也覺得很無奈. 這邊况, 真的是那麼糟糕?

但有時一家人也會有唔同口味的時侯!
如果你十幾個月前問我, 我會話這邊很普通.
但食得多超差勁的點心後, 包括不好食的深水埗添好運店,
總覺得這裡也不算太差, 起碼好過那邊....
以咁嘅價格食到咁嘅質素, 算差不多吧.

大底去完貴價中餐廳勁蝕過幾鑊後, 人也變得會 appreciate 平平地, 但不會太差的一餐.

- 蝦餃其實無咩味, 但皮無溶溶爛爛兼算薄, 可叫做 Pass.
- 蜜汁叉燒腸粉, 不是晶瑩剔透, 但比好多地方也算是有交代.
- 生炒糯米飯, 這個最好吃. 質感不會過淋, 裡面的臘味也很入味. 是不是真的生炒就不知, 但比起很多酒樓的確實算不錯.


暫時可再來觀察多一兩次.

之前食過太子個間印象唔錯好食又平今次再食發覺麻麻地菜乾豬骨粥 - 足料, 好重味精. 略鹹土魷肉餅蒸飯- 幾好食, d飯一粒粒鼓油皇炒麵- 超級多油潮州粉果- 個皮太厚, 一夾散哂bu仔糕- 好難食, 整到椰汁糕咁又無咩紅豆, 一食就知唔係用米槳整!

我想雖然不是北角這間拿一粒星,不過既是同一品牌,相信不是太大分別吧?(不過我沒有試過太子店,不能作比較。)今天試了6種食物: 。蝦餃 - 蝦不新鮮,甚至有點異味 。燒賣 - 全隻都是肥肉,可能有人喜歡吧 。咸水角 - 不知怎樣說? 。鱆魚肉餅飯 - 很多油 。义燒腸粉 - 腸粉太腍 。馬拉糕 - 中間部份是凍的,也不鬆軟*最大間題是全部食物都很多油,而且油味不太新鮮。我是抱着開放態度去品嘗的,我甚至沒有用一粒星的標準去食(如果有就會很不幸,這裹怎能與利苑或龍景軒比?)。但這裹真的沒有一樣是可以合格的,老實說真有點失望。真的想叫米芝蓮算了吧,對任何餐廳來說拿星也未必一定是好事,現在香港人甚至可能會懐疑它的分析能力!

毋須米芝蓮,馬拉糕的賣相,已足以吸引我倆專程拜訪。馬拉糕相當輕又鬆軟,而且味道並不過甜,著實是出色之作!叉燒包同樣很軟熟,而且不黐口。糯米雞煙韌而帶軟綿,不乾硬也非濕爛。蝦餃的皮具彈性,蝦肉也爽甜。春巻則較為普通,雖然夠脆口,但是暖而不熱辣,而且幾油。與添好運相比,我選此店。

叉燒包同樣很軟熟,而且不黐口。
糯米雞煙韌而帶軟綿,不乾硬也非濕爛。
蝦餃的皮具彈性,蝦肉也爽甜。
春巻則較為普通,雖然夠脆口,但是暖而不熱辣,而且幾油。
與添好運相比,我選此店。

上午11時半, 8個大人相約到此分店飲茶。以小規模和有限地方來說,食物品種不算少,茶錢每位$3,只有鐵觀音、普餌和香片,是茶包形式放在杯內,工作人員久不久來加滾水。我們點的都是一般酒家的點心,有煎到外層香口內軟的蘿蔔糕、韭黃蝦腸又熱又滑、炸兩腸粉內的炸油條蒸完仍是非常脆的,荷葉糯米雞大隻可口不油,芥蘭油菜嫩綠,熱辣辣流沙的擂沙炸煎堆,一籠一個不太甜的馬拉糕,其餘還有生炒糯米飯、潮州蒸粉果、蠔皇叉燒包、叉燒焗餐包、鳯爪排骨飯、豉椒蒸鳯爪和古法炸蛋散。如果要找缺點,就是蛋散是凍的,生炒糯米飯較多油。一共有17碟點心,在北角區飲茶,以每人$30多的價錢,服務又好又和味,一點心是首選。

米芝蓮食府名單剛公佈,乘今天有空,開車一試『一點心』天后店。平常很少到這些小店,害怕人多、要等位或要搭檯。今天早上11時45分到,人不太多,即刻有位。環境像新式快餐店,桌與桌安排頗擁擠,尤幸樓底高,不算壓迫。看一看餐牌,定價頗便宜。我們兩人問過侍應有什麼好介紹,先後叫了鱆魚肉餅蒸飯 (HK$18) ,蝦餃 (HK$18) ,炸兩 (HK$15) ,豬骨粥(HK$15) 和叉燒餐包(HK$10) ,茶錢是每位HK$3,一人一個茶包放熱開心中,茶味可選香片、普洱或鐵觀音。點心很快陸續上桌,鱆魚肉餅飯很一般,飯有點糠,不夠油潤,肉餅小而實,不算好吃;蝦餃用上平價養蝦,有點怪味,皮下了太多澄麵,頗厚和韌;炸兩就更差,粉皮厚,油條硬、實、韌皮和有點油膉味;豬骨粥和叉燒餐包相對較好。原先想再叫點甜點,但一路下來的點心都不甚對胃口,所以也打住了。埋單 HK$82。價錢是便宜的就是了。不過總覺得食品好味與否不應以價錢去衡量,應是以味覺去作判斷的。米芝蓮推介『一點心』是一粒星食店,我想知道那一粒星好在那裡。

新派速食點心店因為有蒸櫃,所以很多都會兼賣燉湯,這裡也有賣湯,不過走老火湯的路線,見價錢不貴就叫碗西洋菜陳腎湯試試。湯色濃,足豐富,入口夠熱喝得出西洋菜的甜味,瘦肉外亦有雞腳,喝起微黏,很住家的味道,才賣二十塊一碗是信心之作,路過會再來飲多碗。

新派速食點心店因為有蒸櫃,所以很多都會兼賣燉湯,這裡也有賣湯,不過走老火湯的路線,見價錢不貴就叫碗西洋菜陳腎湯試試。

湯色濃,足豐富,入口夠熱喝得出西洋菜的甜味,瘦肉外亦有雞腳,喝起微黏,很住家的味道,才賣二十塊一碗是信心之作,路過會再來飲多碗。
