另一道推薦必點是古早魚香老鼠粉煲($118)賣相不特別吸引,但味道的確有驚喜兼唔常見😍店員在我們面前把鹹魚檸檬桔仔水混進去,再把蛋黃及老鼠粉撈勻,熱騰騰出哂煙咁。老鼠粉其實即係銀針粉,入面仲有鹹魚各種不同的材料,口感醇滑,味道濃沃層次多,我覺得是老少皆宜的一道美食。

再次證明唔好貪靚,呢個造型係無得等,一碟6件又好似幾扺,但,呢三種味撞到彭彭聲。斑蘭和椰汁是ok, 點解要加桂花糕?如果一啖吃齊3種味,真係好予盾,好怪。

樂天集團在香港有好多食肆,一般口碑不錯,呢度食物中規中矩,座位寬敞舒服,價錢唔算貴,交通方便,如果想同朋友吃飯聊天,這裡還是可以的。

本來是想到樂天皇朝吃小籠包的,看到旁邊同一集團的樂天經典主餐牌有折扣,便轉移陣地。點了荔枝咕嚕肉和雲耳蒸魚片,另加白飯一碗。荔枝咕嚕肉的醬汁調得很好,酸酸甜甜的最適合配合白飯,咕嚕肉肉質柔軟,好吃,配菜有菠蘿、青紅椒和紫洋蔥,可惜紫洋蔥炒得不夠熟,很辣。雲耳蒸魚片味道清清的,也好吃。這店環境好,服務也不錯,可以考慮再回頭。

放工同朋友來到尖沙咀加拿芬廣場的樂天經典。餐廳主打南洋風味的菜色。這次我們主要想吃海鮮,思考過後決定點一份 海鮮湯龍虎燴。龍虎燴意思即一大鍋海鮮,還有米線麵底。龍虎燴一上枱我們都不禁驚嘆了一下,因為十分大鍋!鍋裡有一隻青蟹,很多隻蝦,還有魷魚,花蛤,魚片等等的海鮮。蟹已經斬好件,十分多肉,肉質鮮甜。除了龍虎燴之外,我們還點了一份砂煲黃酒雞。上枱時依然熱辣滾起。雞件份量多,雞的酒味十分濃郁,很惹味。吃過鍋和雞,我們兩人都飽到不得了。
