轉眼三年，美食車計劃人走茶涼，但八珍仍然沒有人氣地殘存着，相信背後的企業也不志在賺蝕。這回在西九文化區周末擺檔，但烈日當空之下，也沒有什麼胃口大吃一頓，只買了「陳醋梳打」。相比三年前，價錢加了一塊，但現在茶餐廳的飲品單買也近廿塊錢，廿五元的訂價也顯得不那麼貴了。會否有天美食車會成為廉價選擇？陳醋梳打入口的感覺是很重「醋」味，但飲落梳打的味道漸漸反客為主。清涼爽快不失為夏日凍飲的選項，但普羅大眾能否接受開頭的醋味，就是疑問了。店員還想推介魚蛋，但坦白說，要食魚蛋燒賣也不用幫襯美食車啦。
