To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 酒樓環境衛生整潔，而且仲有好多位，環境都好寬敞，令人感覺都好舒服，我早上飲茶，最鍾意就係食皮蛋瘦肉粥，再加個蝦腸同埋秋葵，皮蛋瘦肉粥，好多料，啖啖都有瘦肉同皮蛋，呢度嘅點心選擇都有好多，而且仲有小菜叫添。食物質素好有水準，永遠都唔會失望，而且仲要係大集團式經營。服務態度非常之好，又有禮貌，而且仲可以網上排隊取籌。交通方便，附近已經有地鐵站，巴士站，同的士站等等嘅交通工具。。。整體上我非常之滿意，所以推薦俾大家。

質素極差，鴨是番炸的，$100半隻也不值。其實美心集團的食物品質也是有眼可見，原材料的質素都差，雪藏凍肉，等，性價比愈來愈差。一些小店的出品都比他們好。只管做月餅，飲食本業愈做愈求其。

因為方便…. 同貪佢收得夜 所以選址去左 葵芳北京樓吃個便飯營業時間明明寫至晚上10:30 個晚大概8:50左右到～一坐低 餐牌都未打開 接二連三 經理 侍應就走埋泥 問叫唔叫填鴨 有半隻 唔洗等 因為有半隻比人叫左 廚房趕住收工等等😱我感覺 哩反說話聽一次就夠 唔洗輪住泥講 😓好反感之後真係好似趕收工咁 （個陣明明仲有8成枱有客） 被吹落單…. 叫左個二人餐頭盆好快上 之後就….. 差唔多8:40先有主菜 一次泥三碟中間起碼坐左半個鐘系飲茶….大概10:05左右 酒樓啲人開始執野趕收工 話10:15走得🥶 當時仲有兩枱客未食完 隔離枱啲野食仲遲過我上枱經理已經叫佢快啲爬晒枱面啲嘢食 話要收碗收筷子～ 洗碗要收工個客都有問佢 你啲嘢食擺上枱都冇15分鐘 北京樓幾時做咗快餐店？再過多5分鐘…. 經理竟然熄冷氣熄燈🙀🙀🙀我當下係呆咗, 未走禾 仲有客喎～隔籬枱都鬧經理有冇過分咗啲？ 之後先開返少少燈😓😓😓 最後我好無奈咁走左…. 隔籬枱就選擇繼續坐係人都想準時收工，係人都會想早收工，未到收工時間仲有客人你就應該專業而唔係趕客因為大集團所以仲做得住，如果唔係附近冇其他食肆⋯真係唔會選擇幫襯

父親節正日，一家去打算去飲下茶新都會廣場唔係好多可飲茶食肆，而北京樓唔洗等位，就入左去試試$18/位茶費，都唔平，不過入得去都預左蝦餃 $47 - 蝦夠大隻，皮薄叉燒包 $40 - 一籠兩個，不過不失咕嚕肉 $118 - 小菜係有一定水準👍🏻煎鍋貼 $72 - 外皮酥脆、肉餡豐富多汁本身諗住北京樓服務都應該唔太差，但入座開茶後好似無人理咁，枱面亦只有大本Menu，唔見點心紙。之後見到上左碟涼菜，問侍應呢碟可否唔要，而佢既態度好一般...餐廳環境都算靜，適合傾偈。但臨離開前去餐廳厠所，無諗過入面環境仲差過商場厠所...😵💫

星期日母親節一家人去左北京樓食片皮鴨五大四小叫左個六人餐加炒飯宮保蝦球超大隻滋味三小碟肴肉海蜇頭醉雞素魚翅湯好足料蒸龍躉都好滑啱晒小朋友老人家最後主角終於出場期待已久嘅片皮鴨包鴨嘅蒸粉皮好軟熟啲皮脆肉嫩夠Juicy 個個都食到唔停口最後食埋個紅棗糕甜品滿足到不得了媽媽們三位嫲嫲梗係開心啦梗係開心啦🥰🥰
