We were heading for a concert in Asia World Expo, but we realized it was going to finish quite late, and we would have had problem to find food after the concert.I have tried the restaurant on the 3rd floor of Regala Skicity before, Vivace, so I was thinking to go there as we had a great experience, but then we noticed the other restaurant on the ground floor, Petra which seemed more suitable for a quick bite before the concert.One of the best featuring of Petra is the large variety of cuisine offered, and we could ordered a bit for everyone taste.We had Paneer butter masala with Naan bread, Japanese pork slice ramen, seafood Laksa, braised pork dumpling in spicy oil and calamari frito with honey raspberry mustard dressing.The environment is very unformal, perfect for a pre-concert or quick meal. The deco is chill, modern and bright, with lot of space around.The service is good, above the expectation for the type of venue.The menu is very extensive, covering most of the internationally acclaimed cuisine, like, Western (pizza, pasta, burghers, steaks), Chinese (Dim Sum), South East Asian food and Japanese food.As it was a weekend, they have a small band playing, but we had to leave so we did not have time to enjoy the music.

I recently checked out Petra, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The vibe was super cozy, and the staff were really friendly, which made us feel right at home.One dish that totally blew me away was the Pad See Ew with Wagyu Beef which only cost HK$268 - worth every penny tbh! The rice noodles were wide and perfectly cooked for chewy texture and the slices of beef were super tender. The stir fry along with vegetables had this nice crunch with savory taste.I decided to add a combo set only adding $68 more which came with a choice of soup, salad or desert. Overall, this place is a nice spot to hang out with family and friends as you enjoy the live band performances going on . Can’t wait to go back again to try more dishes (saw there were Indian dishes as well)! 😋😋

機場搵食好艱難，最近實在太多人飛，鬆完機都冇位食嘢啊，平日喺機場食得多，今次就搭多一個站嚟博覽館站麗豪航天城機場酒店- Petra 食個lunch,一去到見到環境好優美，落地玻璃好開揚，好光猛又坐得舒服樓底高，坐低叫左set lunch日式豚肉生薑燒配白飯,生薑配洋蔥豚肉好腍好好味，生薑洋蔥比例均等啱啱好，個set好多嘢食呀又有沙律、新鮮生果粒仲有甜品-哈密瓜布甸或杏仁布甸同咖啡或茶。真係多到食唔晒呀，簡直飽到頂到上喉嚨啊👍🏾👍🏾

今日好開心，又來到磊餐廳食自助午餐。 啱啱入到餐廳就有一種熟悉又舒服的感覺。 晏晝嘅自助餐係12點開始，剛剛坐低我就急不及待去睇自助餐的食物。 首先係由前菜及沙律吧開始：有蘋果蔓越梅核桃沙律，香蒜黑醋雜菌，蜜糖肉桂南瓜沙律，芥末煙肉薯仔沙律，香草燒雞鳳梨沙律等等。 東海鮮有：東海蝦凍蜆肉。凍青口。凍蟹鉗，配料係：（雞尾醬，檸檬角）。 凍肉：實感凍肉，鴨胸。 沙律有火箭菜，八爪菜，羅馬生菜，雜沙拉葉，紅橡葉菜。甘筍，紅腰豆，甘筍，玉米，車里茄，青瓜，煙肉碎，芝士粉，面包粒。意大利汁，千島汁，凱撒汁，焙煎芝麻汁等。 有壽司🍱雜錦壽司，加州卷，腐皮壽司，太卷。 有麵檔：河粉，油麵，米粉，牛丸，貢丸，墨丸，魚蛋，魚角，生菜，萊心等。 熱盤有：豬頸肉，香煎魚柳，牛肋條，關東煮，雞球，腰果時蔬炒蝦仁，上湯蒜子浸時蔬，鮑汁乾燒依麵。 各位式炸物：唐揚炸雞，絲綱素菜春卷，泰式炸魚餅。 有湯：中式，西式湯。 印度食物：印式燴雜菜，牛油雞。印度烤魚，印度薄餅。 甜品：朱古力布朗尼，焗芝士蛋糕，綠茶紅豆蛋糕，芒果芝士慕絲，黑芝麻布甸，桂花糕，牛油麵包布甸，新鮮生果，雜錦雪糕球。 呢次嘅自助餐好滿意，好多都係啱我口味的。食得飽飽的。自助餐時間到2:30分結束。我還是依依不舍的離開。
