70年代出生既港島人都應該知道的Queens Cafe,佢唔係東歐菜,係五六十年代的懷舊的港式西餐,就好似太平館,花園餐廳,呢一類。講番食物,真係完全食懷舊,講好食,一d都唔好食,牛柳好淋但係超重soda味,味道好懷舊😂,個白湯就好濃,唔錯,同茶產廳好唔同,服務就無左幾十年前個種味道啦。我唸大家都係想懷舊,客人都係上左年紀的。

站在餐廳門外有一種觀賞電影感覺,餐廳門外的設計令我感覺好像時光倒流回到經典英式電影內的餐廳,就是這個感覺令我停留腳步,英式的感覺令人懷緬。晚餐除了基本菜單上的菜式外,當然少不了的套餐,套餐可以選擇兩道菜或三道菜,分別是餐湯及前菜之選擇,最後選擇了紐西蘭牛柳拼鵝肝及燒黑毛豬扒,兩款主菜都是配了三道菜。餐湯有兩款選擇,一款是羅宋湯,另一款南瓜忌廉湯。羅宋湯配料豐富,而南瓜忌廉湯亦有南瓜蓉,各有特色。頭盤選擇了田螺配薯蓉及大蝦沙律,田螺肉啖啖香草牛油味;大蝦沙律蔬菜很新鮮。紐西蘭牛柳拼鵝肝,鵝肝外層慢煎令到外脆外軟,每一口像吃脆皮雪糕般的感覺!而牛柳選擇了五成熟,肉汁豐富。燒黑毛豬扒厚厚的豬鞍竟然亦做到豐富的肉汁,入口嫩滑。

職員細心提醒這道菜預備時間大約10分鐘,差不多時間可以叫職員預備,香蕉船是甜品中的經典款式,但這個香蕉船很有驚喜,雪糕有三款味道,驟眼望會以為是普通的雲呢拿,朱古力和草莓口味,吃下去才知道是芝士,咖啡和紅豆味,很滋味而且很有驚喜,很喜歡這個香蕉船的安排。而面頭的忌廉比一般更加輕盈,作為甜品不會過份肥膩,很好。香蕉大大條,熟度剛好。
