大家都餓住個肚埋單,原來呢刻先經典!4,5枱客圍住收銀台,啲單亂哂放枱,兩個收銀冇理邊個先後,啲客想排隊也排唔到,個個都係食到嬲豬走。其中一枱一家三口街坊裝話叫咗菜等咗半個鐘都未有得食,原來未入電腦😫

總結,响一個咁混亂嘅情況下雙比侍應凶狠態度咁上菜深明佢嘅工作還算專業,不過我都唔敢再來。

基本上我只寫值得推介的食評,質素一般的我懶得寫。但今次我真係忍唔住要寫一次劣評,昨晚約朋友試新開業的紅樓,由攞位開始就體驗到服務惡劣的態度,等安排位置時(已訂位)問有什麼推介,知客答我們唔知道你地入去問。到入座後服務員推介我們食長腳蟹每隻大約3斤,我的吃貨朋友記說長腳蟹要4斤半以上才好味,而且我們只有4個人,食唔晒為免浪費食物就無點,另外單點正價小菜,所有菜全部都只是微溫,全程似食冷盤,$138的咕嚕肉份量只有細半碟,我們見別枱是滿的,我們跟服務員反映,他們攞回廚房一小時後再攞出來時明顯份量一樣只是再加多些醋炒過,我們決定取消不要。片皮鴨等了55分鐘才有,看起像將頭頭尾尾變成一碟連包片皮鴨的蒸飽都沒有給我們(已經懶得投訴),問服務員取,回覆轉頭給我們,到埋單都不見踪影。薑葱炒肉蟹其中一隻是水蟹,其他小菜全是微溫。食唔落決定放棄轉場再食,點知埋單用信0用卡找數等了半個小時都埋不到,要到收銀處取回信用卡。足足用了3個小時食一餐難食既晚餐,全餐最好食係生菜包個4塊生菜,仲要即刻(晚上9點)去附近茶餐廳食過另一餐正餐。不會再去受氣,也不推介去食。

今日兩公婆12點就到鑽石山,啓鑽苑商場店名:紅樓午饍,到達商場,水盡鵝飛,而家間茶樓無乜人,原來又唔係喎,可能地點近新蒲崗,去到都差唔多滿座,不過唔知係咪商場未開,有些出入口未開,裏面三尖八角,要轉兩三個彎才到大堂。今日叫了:燒肉雞飯,單上寫一碗,原來係大大的一碗,燒肉同雞都正常。芝士蝦春卷,無芝士食到,不過味道OK。粉卷:呢個唔得,粉面好鞋,應該蒸咗好耐。懷舊珍珠筍雞紮:真係好耐無食珍珠筍,呢個好食,推薦。鯪魚球:開張特價售$9.8, 呢個味道正常,計及售價則性價比高。

這間新開的茶樓門面光鮮,招攬到很多客人來,因為是新開,所以我也被它吸引了試一趟,午市套餐很抵吃,推薦大家。午市套餐$268就可以嗌一個粉麵飯,兩款點心同一款小食,三個人食都好夠。🤩籠仔蒜香龍躉頭腩蒸飯炒飯麵選擇很多,我就叫了用了最貴的龍躉頭腩,幸好完全冇腥味,魚肉很滑,唔會蒸得太耐肉質太老,仲有蒜香味,好正的配搭。🤩蒜香蒸排骨排骨醃得夠入味,肉質唔會係用鬆肉粉整到好難食,蒜香味十足👍🤩麻辣口水雞麻辣口水雞認真開胃,麻辣汁非常惹味,雞肉亦都非常嫩滑。🤩招牌荔枝木燒鵝是我另外叫的,燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,燒嘅時候火候十足,能夠鎖住肉汁,平時我食燒鵝或者雞,一定唔會蝕埋皮,因為怕肥,但係依度燒鵝皮實在太脆了,我全部都食晒啦🙈🙈🤩魚湯浸時菜食完咁多油膩嘢,都要清吓腸胃🙈🙈!

見到開左新酒樓趁假日去試下,叫左幾樣點心同一碟炒粉;炒粉卻遲遲未到,叫侍應追問一下但無理會,要多次追問先有一個類似部長既女人出黎話整緊,一時又話送錯去左另一枱。。。當時已經坐了1個鐘我想取消炒粉離開,但個部長無理會我既要求,結果再等左20分鐘先上菜,一句道歉都無!!處理手法極差,收費亦唔係平!難怪人影稀落,依次體驗極差,永遠都唔會再幫襯!

服務方面,可能因為新開o既關係?我見經理部長都好著緊食客o既feedback,因為佢地都有主動問我地同其他食客覺得d野食o唔ok呀,有咩意見咁樣,值得欣賞o既,因為始終屋村餐廳都係做熟客同街坊生意多,打好關係同街坊熟絡或了解下佢地意見都好緊要
價錢方面呢,個人而言以份量,味道同價錢黎睇,係幾抵食o既,尤其是海鮮類真係平過出面買,不過我唔知呢d優惠係新張優惠定keep住有,希望以後都有多d唔同優惠啦! 除左特價菜式外,正價菜單入面o既價錢雖然未算好平但我覺得都可接受o既,都符合屋苑酒樓o既定位
總括而言自己同屋企人都好滿意,當然有d位可以做得更好,例如因為個場都幾大,有d三尖八角,人手唔夠時可能有d位未必有職員成日留意到
不過我都期待下次做孝子再陪屋企人黎飲茶時再匯報下!
