日期:2024年11月2日時間:晚上六時四十五分一行3人經過見到櫃檯內有脆皮菠蘿包(只剩2個),立刻入內坐下後,叫女服務員立即先要一個脆皮菠蘿包,她態度傲慢地說:「唔可以只叫菠蘿包」,我話:「你快你快啲幫我落單攞一個隨便菠蘿包先,我睇完Menu之後,會再叫其他」,她仍然帶著相同態度,黑口黑面地回答:「唔可以只係叫一個菠蘿包」,她即走,於是,唯有叫兩個晚餐,再加叫一個脆皮菠蘿包」。她說:「賣哂」,又即走開,並叫其他服務員跟繼續落單。我立即要(假)經理投訴,餐廳沒有寫明~不可以只叫菠蘿包,餐廳根據哪條規例規定不容許客人叫只叫菠蘿包?其間該服務員回來鬧我「仆X」,我們為恐怕繼續增持落去會被餐廳整蠱,唯有無奈離開餐廳。這就是香港的服務好態度 continue reading

今早返工前去了尖沙咀加拿芬道18號恒生尖沙咀大廈地下的一間名叫“紅茶冰室”的茶餐廳食早餐,間中都會看見有數名食客在門外排隊,但今天可能因下雨關係,去到可以即時入座。裏面地方寬敞,坐得都頗為舒服。早上都有數款早餐的組合可供選擇。我揀了個“B”餐組合$42,有招牌沙爹牛肉麵+Top One丹麥酥+嫩滑炒蛋。但炒蛋可轉太陽蛋、煎蛋或反蛋,適合各種人士的喜好,喜歡食生蛋的我就揀了太陽蛋。沙爹牛肉麵熱辣辣的沙爹牛肉麵有著濃郁的沙爹汁香味,牛肉食落感覺嫩滑,麵吸收了沙爹湯的精華,十分好味,但可惜質感就比較淋,沒有爽和彈牙的感覺。丹麥酥和太陽蛋丹麥酥咬落十分脆口,濃烈的牛油香味滿佈口腔裏。太陽蛋感覺滑溜,不覺太生也不太熟,恰到好處,還有香口的脆邊,食落蛋黃的香味流進口腔裏,十分滋味。 continue reading

今朝食咗個炒麵飽到嘔,等埋老公放工之後就去咗食下午茶。每一次經過尖沙咀都會見到餐廳門口有人排隊。今日終於有機會食喇!🌱招牌冰火脆皮菠蘿油揭開菠蘿包,加片口感微凍半融的牛油,一啖咬落去,菠蘿的皮脆口,麵包都幾軟熟,牛油和菠蘿包融為一體。🌱香脆奶油豬呢個奶油豬過咗氣,嗰邊焦脆,但麵包好韌。牛油太多,煉奶太少。🌱凍檸茶菠蘿包和奶油豬都改配凍檸茶,同咗夥計講少冰,最後梗係冇少冰啦!茶味唔夠濃,檸檬味酸,糖水多咗啲,沖得麻麻地!🌱出爐曲奇蛋撻為咗呢個蛋撻等咗兩轉,就係為咗食新鮮出爐的蛋撻。曲奇蛋撻食完之後會覺得口乾,不過蛋係幾香。🌱招牌沙嗲牛肉麵+top one丹麥酥+火腿奄列老公話個沙嗲牛肉麵麻麻囉,丹麥酥可以,火腿奄列太油。好在唔係等咗好耐,等咗8-10分鐘到,如果要等得耐就唔值。 continue reading
