首先菠蘿油真係要襯熱食,因為漲卜卜好好口感!最正係層皮好鬆脆!!啲牛油溶得到幾快,食到成手都係有啲狼狽😂
但真係好邪惡好正!比起太子某間茶記菠蘿包更好食!
再嚟葡撻,中間蛋位味道正常發揮,但個酥皮邊係超酥脆,食到啲酥皮係有好多層,真係想再食多一個!😂

Sai Kung Cafe & Bakery is famous for her pineapple bun with butter and Portuguese egg tart. The pineapple bun is firm in texture and the puff pastry is crispy enough with sufficient butter flavor. The standard is sometimes not as good as what I have tasted so I suggest you can come earlier before the tourists visit. The Portuguese tart is not bad. The egg custard is aromatic and the texture is balanced enough. However the caramelization is not enough and only appeared in the surrounding that should be improved.

早兩個星期遠道嚟到西貢,雖然天氣不似遇期,去唔成郊遊,但係可以行到邊,食到邊,唔洗刻意搵餐廳,實在好寫意☺️飲食記錄:幾年無入嚟西貢,入得嚟緊係要翻兜西貢咖啡餅店嘅菠蘿油同葡撻😍但已經由飲凍奶茶轉咗飲茶走,依度無茶走就叫熱奶茶,但原來係英式熱奶茶😅啲比例自己嚟真係搞唔掂😅

Paid this local bakery a visit on our day trip to sai kung. Always a queue outside waiting to get egg tarts and bread, but the staff worked efficiently so the wait wasn’t long. Pastel de nata
The shop is famous for their “Portuguese egg tarts”, and it’s definitely on a pricey side at $15 each. Pastey was flakey and crispy, egg custard was smooth. Careful with the fillings because it was really hot being freshly out of oven. Tastes nice but probably a lot of better options at this price point.

貴為西貢名物,無論有疫情還是沒有疫情,他的人龍永遠是排到對面酒家。每次經過都沒有吃,今次看見人龍比較短,就毅然試一次。排沒多久就已經買到了,菠蘿有$18 ,葡撻$15。標榜新鮮出爐,真的是還是熱的,但是製作十分馬虎,不知道是不是因為太多人排隊,店員拿起菠蘿包,求其用剪刀剪開,便塞一大片牛油,連菠蘿包的菠蘿皮也剪爛了,全程不到1分鐘。菠蘿皮很脆,但不黏包,包身也比較濕腍,吃起來全都掉在膠袋裏,跟太子金x冰室的菠蘿包完全冇得比。然後葡撻表面的一層焦糖烤得香脆,酥皮太厚,吃到酥皮還多過蛋,跟KFC的葡撻比較也略遜一籌。
