個湯相當清甜!而且蘿蔔味好重

牛味好濃
而且牛嘅肉質一啲都唔un
再加埋佢嗰個秘製醬汁味道相當之夾

而店員亦都好貼心會定時定候幫我哋加火

趣趣蝦球很開胃和香脆的一款小吃蝦球裡面看到有蝦肉和麵團混合整個口感很有咬勁 很實在的肉感不會有太多油份 外表的炸得很酥脆 系脆口日式清酒煮蠔有濃郁的日本清酒的浸煮下煮蠔的時候 已經在吸收清酒的濃香鍋內有香蔥 大根 豆腐碎在共同浸煮鍋底也加入了很多的蒜泥讓整鍋的香氣加重 很有胃口蔬菜也煮得很入味 有點像關東煮的感覺板燒安格斯牛小排基本款式的牛肉燒每片的份量都薄小 控制火喉比較簡單不要燒到完全熟透 相反比較柴乾保留點血色更好吃 配點味素的米飯

有濃郁的日本清酒的浸煮下
煮蠔的時候 已經在吸收清酒的濃香
鍋內有香蔥 大根 豆腐碎在共同浸煮
鍋底也加入了很多的蒜泥
讓整鍋的香氣加重 很有胃口
蔬菜也煮得很入味 有點像關東煮的感覺


板燒安格斯牛小排
基本款式的牛肉燒
每片的份量都薄小 控制火喉比較簡單
不要燒到完全熟透 相反比較柴乾
保留點血色更好吃 配點味素的米飯
