灌湯煎包抱有極大期期望,所以有少少失望,係煎得香既但又未到驚喜...唔明點解係推薦菜。

今天和老婆孩子行開沙田,老婆想吃辣,就想起小南國有辣吃的,於是一家人入來吃飯。進來時態度已經差,坐好了又沒有開茶給我們,點了三個菜,口水雞,水煮魚,百葉小唐菜。口水雞一般,還不如譚仔的,叫水煮魚但送來水煮牛肉😰,他拿回去後要等很久再送過來。最後我要開口問他要茶,他才黑口黑面送茶來。這種價錢不便宜,估唔到服務可以差成咁,那時又不是很多人等位,還有一張空枱還未有客,這個店就是差差差,特別是態度超級差👎👎👎

今日同媽咪慶祝母親節,所以一家人開開心心興高采烈去呢間小南國度食飯, 因為係星期六嘅緣故所以冇得book位,要一早去排隊。我六點半去排隊等位,大概七點鐘左右就可以入座啦,如果在遲啲嘅話應該就要等好耐。蛋白炒飯,飯底唔會過油,味道適中。螞蟻上樹,炒出黎嘅粉絲帶少少辣味,10分惹味👍🏻不得不提呢個蟹粉煲,入面全部都係蟹粉蟹肉煮制而成,好似食片皮鴨咁,不過入邊包嘅唔係片皮鴨而係蟹粉蟹肉,即係最高享受🤣🤣🤣

近年沙田越尼越多人,加上今個星期既一田優惠購物日,更加係多人到痴線,身為人地個女就算唔想去一田都唔敢反抗,咁就乖乖地去逼啦。大戰完之後梗係要醫肚,7點幾呢D食飯時間基本上食咩都要等位,小南國其實開左好耐但我地一次都冇食過。拎飛後大約等左半個鐘就有位,算係咁啦。雖然用茶包沖茶,但係又幾夠溶wo坐位夠闊落,帶老人家都冇咩問題每枱小食菜脯,我唔食既鍋貼,底皮脆,熱辣辣有肉汁。紅油抄手,皮薄,紅油一D都唔辣有少少失望上海粗炒,最愛沒有之一,色水夠但食落冇味,點豆瓣醬會好得多煨麵,第一次食,夠味之後見隔壁枱既生煎包好似唔錯wo所以加左單, 幾好食呀都

朋友剛從外國回來玩幾天,大伙兒去吃飯,中菜當然是首選!餐廳在商場的7樓角落,等位的人不算很多,可是餐廳只有2張大檯,我們等了接近一小時才有位,剛好夠時間在店員落場前吃飽離開。我們點了套餐加一份炒飯,份量剛好夠9個人吃,可是味道令人失望。↑先來幾款前菜,有金瓜絲海蜇、花雕醉雞、四喜烤夫等,味道都還好~↑極品水晶河蝦仁,想不到蝦仁小小的也有鮮味,是當天最滿意的一道菜。↑這個海蔘煮腩肉,海蔘夠彈牙,可惜不算很入味~↑吃上海菜怎麼可以沒有松子魚!可是魚肉不多也不夠厚,吃進嘴裏的有一半是炸漿。↑小籠包不錯,感覺size比平時吃到的大。因為我們一行9人,但一籠只有4隻,店員也提醒一下問我們要不要加一隻~↑南國姜蓉雞的雞肉稍嫌太實太韌,反而上面的炸姜蓉很香很突出。↑酒釀丸子味道還好,不算太甜,但糖水很「杰」,吃下去口感不好。

京川滬菜,喺香港一直都好有市場。喺港人瘋狂愛上麻辣刺激嘅川菜之前,濃油赤醬嘅滬菜曾幾何時都獨領風騷。今日嚟到沙田新城市廣場,餐廳一大籮,好耐未食過上海嘢,又想坐得舒服啲,就去咗上海小南國。喺廣場The Menu行到最盡頭嘅角落,就見到喇。最鍾意上海菜嗰啲小碟,今日叫咗金瓜絲海蜇皮同紹興花雕醉雞。金瓜喺街市見得多,食其實係第一次。原來佢好爽,清新可口。雖然海蜇得嗰兩三條好呃秤,但金瓜絲夠好味補番數。醉雞都唔錯,酒味香濃,但個雞略嫌老咗少少。小菜系列叫咗香酥鴨,配薄餅上。其係佢個皮比較似春卷皮,脆但唔係想象中嘅香酥。用熱辣辣嘅薄皮,夾住大葱、青瓜同辣椒條嚟食,可以幻想自己食緊片皮鴨。食上海嘢點少得包餃系列?叫咗個灌湯生煎包。一咬就有汁噴出嚟,真係要小心燙咀先得呀!生煎包嘅皮上層香軟,底下香脆,好味!係個肉就細粒咗啲。腦裡面突然浮起N年前,第一次食小楊生煎嘅畫面⋯唔知而家xiao yang係咪依然好味,定已經梗唔落?
