呢排疫情好耐冇出街食飯,終於開返堂食,就即刻嚟呢間飯堂!今次嗌左三樣新野試~1. Lancashire Black puffing & eggs 呢個好驚喜,佢個蛋同一般茶記嘅蛋好唔同,應該係加咗忌廉入去炒好香!!另外加佢個自家製嘅全麥多士烘得好脆,而且好香牛油味~最突出係佢個上邊三粒蕃茄仔既點綴,令成件事好Flash🤤不過佢個黑布丁(即係英國嘅傳統菜式,由豬血整成)對於亞洲人來講嘅我真係唔係好識欣賞啦🤔2. 10oz USDA Butler Steak 肩胛牛扒我哋一直喺呢間食開肉眼扒,但由於疫情關係佢哋就冇入貨啦~所以就試咗呢個肩胛牛扒~以為冇肉眼咁多脂肪一定冇咁諗啦,點知佢勁有牛味好出!而且肉質好有彈性我覺得直情好食過肉眼扒😍😍😍3. Stuffed Chicken wings 豬肉牛肉釀雞翼加辣味蛋黃醬呢個雞翼真係第一名!!以為佢入邊釀啲肉會好乾點知有少少似burger嘅感覺~而且個雞炸完之後仲好嫩好脆超正!!重點係佢個蛋黃醬🤤攞嚟點薯條真係一流呀!!
