樹記腐竹店,之前都已經在深水埗有另一間,與這一間在大埔的總店有兄弟姊妹店的分歧事端。🤔大埔這一間樹記,往往要排隊,就在大埔墟綜合大樓的街市對邊,無端端有一間細舖位,有人在排隊的就是樹記。提及此店,通常人家都偏愛吃腐竹或是響鈴卷,說到什麼響鈴卷是火鍋必吃佳品。🤔但我試過其他食品,卻發覺,其他食品才更加值得推薦:例如是素雞卷,素雞卷的豆味極之濃郁,香噴噴的素雞卷,雖然亦都是素,但是豆味香濃,又吸味結實,又不會太過鬆散。另一次試枝竹,枝竹經過油炸,因此出一出水,然之後再放落湯品之中,吸味得來又不會太油,本身又有點豆味,非常可口。

另一次試
枝竹,枝竹經過油炸,因此出一出水,然之後再放落湯品之中,吸味得來又不會太油,本身又有點豆味,

魚肉$10-20

1. 將枝竹用水整條㓎軟,備用。
2. 選擇較寛的位置切段。
3. 用廚房紙抹乾水份。
4.加少許生粉抹在已切段的枝竹上,慎防釀上的魚肉會甩掉。
5. 若要更惹味,加少許蝦米在釀料內,炸後更香口。
6 . 不要釀進太厚魚肉,避免炸時間太久,因枝竹好搶火,炸得久很容易焦。

這間聞名已久的腐竹產品店,近年推出新產品腐竹雪糕🍦,創意十足,新嘗試新口味。這天參加大埔半天導賞團,除了介紹鷺鳥林,還介紹多間大埔區老字號的食店及商店。樹記就是其中之一,原來以前是在深水埗區的,現在位於大埔區的這間才是正店。大熱天時,吃杯雪糕實在是很好的享受,第一次吃腐竹味的雪糕,味道非常清新可口,淡淡的腐竹味道😋,又不會很甜可惜自己不懂處理及煮腐竹製品,否則一定買些回家,無論素菜,小吃,燜羊腩,甚至煲糖水也用得著呢~

之前已經試過樹記既腐竹雪糕,
清清地仲有啖啖腐皮🍦,
今次就試試佢既腐竹雪條啦!

腐竹雪條可以選擇抹茶or 朱古力皮,
我地就各選其一,
不過as expected,
腐竹味完完全全被外層既皮掩蓋了,
外皮亦太甜,口感太薄太軟😿,
唔算係十分討好,
總之就是😪不太夾…
真是有點可惜😷
因為裡面的腐竹雪糕就咁食其實挺好的,
最後creative的小編將個外皮同雪糕分開食,
終於吃得出雪糕清甜的腐竹味了😝!
所以下次還是食番杯裝腐竹雪糕好了

男朋友今日安排左去大埔一日遊,先去左大埔舊警署,再嚟呢間樹記腐竹買雪糕食,事源係男朋友做資料搜集時見到上網多人推介呢間,話係低甜,低脂,較健康既雪糕,而且腐竹味都少見,於是我地就專登嚟試下。可能係因為平日既關係,排隊既人一個都無,店舖唔大,一眼望晒,雖然有好多豆品想試,奈何我家唔打邊爐,所以諗下都係唔買,淨係買左一杯腐竹雪糕,細細杯,老闆娘仲提我地可以等一分鐘先食,唔係會太硬!食起上嚟腐竹味真係好濃,唔甜,都幾好食同特別,奈何18蚊有小小貴。

今日山長水遠去左大埔買餸,因為打邊爐, 所以要買響鈴, 2點幾去到, 都要排隊。排左5分鐘左右,買左紫菜響鈴, 山根同腐皮碎(用黎煲腐竹糖水)。

返到屋企發現山根冇樹記logo。
紫菜響鈴打邊爐真係好正,夠脆,響鈴同紫菜好夾。

可能是星期天, 好似永遠都有人在排隊似的, 試了腐竹雪糕, 剛從雪櫃拿出來會太硬, 建議稍溶一點才吃, 雪糕入口真的有腐竹味, 味道不錯, 但份量計, 個人覺得偏貴。  排隊只買雪糕, 不符合成本效益, 另買了支竹, 但未知質素如何

野外過後,回到大埔市區內。嘴饞,想找點"立雜嘢"來吃。抬頭一看,喵到有一條人龍站在某店門外。看一下,原來是大名鼎鼎的"樹記"....大部份人排隊都是為買腐竹腐皮一類的東西....而我呢,就只為了這一小杯自家製作的腐竹味雪糕....阿姐從冰櫃拿出來,整杯雪糕硬如磚頭,叫人怎吃 ? 唯有在街上遊盪一下,等解凍一陣子後再嚐....等了又等,急不及待試一口。噢.....為什麼甚麼味道也沒有 ? 初時還以為自己的舌頭出現問題,於是乎再仔細地嚐多一點,發覺仍是一樣的感覺,說用"淡"來形容說實在也不能,至於預料應有的豆香以及雪糕應具備的滑度,亦全然找不著....十八大洋,就這樣浪費掉了....早知如此,就只跟大隊一樣,買最基本的腐竹回去都冇咁嬲....

哈哈哈哈!!!! 係大埔食完日本野已經飽到行唔郁仲要去樹記食埋個腐皮雪糕先滿足其實話左去食好耐,但成日都唔記得左今日甘好天個太陽甘猛,一定要去食門口都幾多人排隊,我地都排左一陣先買到我地買左兩杯雪糕同一袋腐皮碎用黎煲腐竹蛋糖水$18一杯都唔平, 因為佢得80ml, 食幾啖就冇晒初頭食落去冇咩腐皮味,之後陣味就慢慢滲出黎不過佢唔似一般雪糕甘滑同甘大陣奶味如果有機會經過,可以一試

一柸80ml 大概150卡路里。不算滑,質地有啲似雪葩。打開蓋時雪糕雖然很硬,但大概一、兩分鐘便軟化。可以食嘞。個 logo 都幾可愛吖~只有大埔樹記才有雪糕。有說大埔的樹記腐竹最保留傳統味道。個人都是愛樹記煲成的腐竹糖水。
