食飯前行咗轉outlet食完飯要再走多轉呀!!大家努力尋覓觀塘有咩好食時發現咗佢我梗係贊成事關上次朋友帶我去佐敦食過,好味到不得了今次到我帶朋友去竟然有套餐食,套餐通常最抵食咁我地就即刻三揀一朋友唔食鱔所以唔揀b比較之下a餐個魚吸引啲就揀佢啦我地坐低時以為自己包咗場原來係太早,食到中段就坐滿有街坊嚟,又有人專程嚟山坑魚係baby size,老闆話大極有限煮到三成左右就落檯,等客人可以一路食魚肉好滑,但同平時食開嘅魚肉質地有出入,未必人人喜歡一路煮,個湯一路煲,好濃味好大陣天麻味,朋友話醫頭痛,我飲咗三碗其他人都飲咗兩碗煲湯通常都落雞同豬,但呢煲一d都唔油食湯渣是必然的咕嚕肉脆到不行!個皮原來用脆漿,入面係豬面青肉唔會乾,仲好多肉汁二叔公今次個青椒好辣呀🙈食唔到蓮藕依然好爽脆污糟雞大概係乞兒雞嘅朋友雞十分嫩醬汁好味不過唔知係咪放涼咗變得黏黏,定本來就係最愛杞子,仲甜過紅棗大部份都被我食咗,眼睛係咪會再精靈點食到咁上下,有個著住主廚服的男士走咗出嚟四圍打招呼,問下餸菜好唔好味,每檯都有去我地都有,仲介紹咗啲菜式有咩特別推算佢係老闆嚟,因為舖頭啲電視有播佢個樣😂😂

Used a whole big fish head to make the soup. It should belong to autumn / winter as it warms up my body after having 2 bowls ! The portion is more than enough for 4 persons, each of us could get more than 2 bowls. Nice.

Tastes like sweet and sour porks. Pineapple, green pepper and onion added values to the dishes in colors and tastes as well. Pineapple is the fresh one,  which brings tastes to the pork meats.

濃味之後,來一道既有家鄉風味而清淡的「特色籠仔梅菜蒸菜心」。

今晚的食物很美味,但總是欠了一點,就是欠了飯或麵落肚,套餐怎麼可能沒有飯呢? 如果籠仔蒸菜心下面有蒸飯的話,我會覺得更滿意,希望酒家能改善這點。

難得幾朋個友都鍾意食魚,就異口同聲話要去(順德公漁村) ,不過我們今次是要去觀塘新開嗰間, 順德公既然開多一間分店,即係話水準都可以保持到, 所以喺順德公食飯一定要叫河鮮, 咁樣先至叫做到過順德公。梅菜籠仔菜心,菜心鮮甜又冇揸,再加埋梅菜配合得好好。家鄉煎釀蓮藕餅及釀青椒,彈牙的魚肉釀在爽囗的藕片及青椒上,口感好特別又香囗。廚師將山坑魚煎煮到大約五成熟,然後再放在鐵鍋中,再給我們自已動手再煮番熟及熱,就可即時食到熱辣辣河魚及配菜。

S由細到大都好鍾意食魚,唔知係咪因為咁所以一直以嚟S皮膚都唔錯(😎),今日朋友就帶咗S去位於嘅順德公度食正宗順德菜!其實之前都去過佐敦店食過,不過上次人少試唔到好多菜,淨係記得佢哋個花錦鱔同埋雙皮奶好好味!今次人多啲終於可以試多啲唔同菜喇!坐低朋友就叫咗碟魚皮送啤酒,魚皮好香薑蔥味,食落好彈牙又唔腥,加埋芝蔴食好香口,送啤酒確係幾開心!之後叫左薑蔥煲仔焗魚腸,沙拉蝦球,烏糟雞同埋花錦鱔,魚腸其實幾考功夫,因為一係就好腥,一係就無哂鮮味,不過呢度嘅魚腸又整得唔錯喎!首先食唔到有沙,香口得黎又唔會食唔到魚味,亦都唔會腥,好味!👍🏻終於等到S成晚最期待嘅花錦鱔!上次喺佐敦店食完之後一直念念不忘!觀塘新店仍然keep到水準,魚肉香口得嚟又食到花錦鱔嘅鮮味!同埋魚肉好彈牙,啖啖肉,非常滿足!蘿蔔亦都好入味,唔食鱔嘅朋友都話啲蘿蔔好好味,送飯一流!因為當晚有朋友本身唔太鍾意食魚,所以除左魚之外都叫咗烏糟雞同埋千島蝦球,由於S喪食魚已經食飽,所以每樣都係試左一兩舊,烏糟雞幾有特色,係用銅盤裝住上菜,雞肉好滑,帶少少酒香。至於沙拉蝦球啲蝦好大隻,炸得好脆,再包住滿滿沙律醬(其實S覺得沙律醬點咩都好好味

最後甜品就係嚟順德公一定一定一定(好重要所以要講三次)要食嘅雙皮奶!呢度嘅雙皮奶同出面X順個啲完全唔同,好濃好香奶味,而且唔算十分甜。鍾意食奶味濃啲嘅話可以揀凍食,如果鍾意滑啲嘅可以食熱。S點揀?Why not both?(嗰刻嘅S完全忘記咗自己減肥進行中😑)

今餐飯真係食得勁滿足!雖然樣樣都好味,但S真心推介花錦鱔同雙皮奶,因為出面真係食唔到!價錢方面雖然唔算平,但S覺得都算係合理嘅!始終一分錢一分貨,S食嘢啲qouta好寶貴伽!當然要食好少少唔好嘥啦!我又要出去跑步喇!🙈
