We stumbled across this great little restaurant after ending our hike in Sai Kung one evening. Such a lovely and cozy restaurant ran by a wonderful couple, Sing and Ling. They were very friendly and shared with us their story on how the restaurant started. It became obvious where the restaurant name was derived from - their names combined! We ordered Singaling's Special Salad (HK$180), Crispy Fried Squid (HK$160), Mama's Boy Meat Pizza (HK$180), Singaling's Sizzling Fajitas with Shrimp (HK$240)

有飲酒chill嘅地方、光線柔和有氣氛，最重要唔係行超高檔路線，可以輕輕鬆鬆好relax嘅一餐。住喺西貢嘅朋友仔話想試呢間餐廳好耐,今日就 坐言起行,果然冇令我失望,餐廳每張枱都放不同美麗嘅玫瑰🌹， 仲有西貢主題嘅壁畫🤩 一頭盤我哋叫咗帶子沙律同埋煙三文魚沙律配白酒🥂帶子沙律好驚喜,帶子肉質鮮嫩加上好香嘅牛油 香滑但係沒有一絲油膩感 可能因為配上檸檬🍋有助減低油膩感😋比目魚配藜麥，魚皮黃金香脆肉質嫩滑配有🍅整成酸尾尾嘅醬汁分外清新鮮味🍄松露威靈頓牛扒🥩中間切開剛剛好是medium well最後有個簡簡單單嘅甜品配上雲呢拿雪糕🍦🍨作結尾為晚餐劃上完美句號。🥰Ps : 有膳食捐款, 幫助有需要嘅人😍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Really enjoy lunches and dinners at Sing’s. The menu is extensive and the food superb. More amazing vegan options than any other non vegan restaurant in Sai kung. They even have vegan ice cream The chefs are geniuses and everything I’ve had from there is fantastic- even down to the yummy green smoothies I enjoy for a cheeky post work out breakfast. We have early dinner after walk with my dog yesterday.The staffs service is perfect, even in busy Happy Friday afternoon. And intensive care the dog sat outside open area.I have a senstive stomach of seafood, butwould like to recommend Linguine Vongole, because its not only taste good, and it completely fine for my trouble stomach... Been to Singaling a few times and every time was satisfactory. Tried both indoor and outdoor seatings. So caring and hearty to provide all the mosquito repellents for outdoor. 晚上突然想試一試呢一間餐廳 因為第一次來 叫來老闆娘為我點了些頭盆叫了沙律 、 雞翼 湯。跟著是牛扒 沙律 是帶給我驚喜 有塊魚在上面 熱熱 煮得味道剛好 雞翼 好味 但是我覺得貴左 D牛扒。出奇地令我覺得滿意下次我會試下 pizza 和意粉😋
