To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本以為湯加只係賣湯，估唔到佢嘅下午茶亦唔錯。今日叫咗個薑絲豬膶公仔麵餐夠新鮮，連飲品都係$33，仲可以加$9追加小食，試咗2粒紅豆餡芝麻煎堆仔，味道拍得住高檔酒樓。朋友就叫左個豬扒米粉，件豬扒亦十分酥軟香口，另加$9轉咗柯涼粉奶茶，啖啖涼粉超爽口，紅豆西多亦值得推介。
