忘記第幾次光顧晨光餐廳的早餐吸引我們的是炸魚柳餐,還有早上都可點的紅豆冰。魚柳,皮薄脆,沒有很粉的口感,魚肉滑而够熱。紅豆冰,大讚的是突出的鮮奶味,並不是沙糖甜,加上稔度剛好的紅豆,紅豆冰控不能錯過,我們喜歡叫少冰,味更濃天氣好時,早上陽光灑在玻璃牆上,真係好晨光,哈

忘記第幾次光顧晨光餐廳的早餐
吸引我們的是炸魚柳餐,還有早上都可點的紅豆冰。

魚柳,皮薄脆,沒有很粉的口感,魚肉滑而够熱。

紅豆冰,大讚的是突出的鮮奶味,並不是沙糖甜,加上稔度剛好的紅豆,紅豆冰控不能錯過,我們喜歡叫少冰,味更濃

天氣好時,早上陽光灑在玻璃牆上,真係好晨光,哈

個人而言,早餐係一日最重要一餐,但又係最限制的,因只可以選擇工作附近食店。這店位於仁濟醫院附近,店舖設計以黃色為主,所以感覺幾光猛。今早叫咗個魚柳,煎蛋,牛油酥皮多士魚枊,係即炸,脆扣酥皮多士,好香牛油味黃豆,用鮮蕃茄加黃豆,炒一炒,好味奶茶就遜色,奶多手茶味淡

今日去到仁濟醫院附近,病人在醫院醫病,我在陽光餐廳醫肚。餐廳門面新淨企理,應該是開業不久。內裏環境乾淨,以橙色作為主調,卡位為主,即使搭枱,坐下都幾舒服。普通茶記餐牌格式,寫低提供的食物,没有甚麼美感。今日點了午市套餐-乾炒猪扒意粉,意料之外的美味。分量不算大,但飽肚。意粉略硬,有彈牙的感覺,質感有别於湯意料及焗意粉。意粉以葱,洋葱及少許銀芽炒成,有鑊氣,但又不油膩,混少許茄醬同吃,特别合味道。猪扒分量不少,不會因為炒意粉,就只得些頭頭尾尾。豬扒鬆軟,可能都用鬆肉粉醃過,但没有異味,值得一讚。調味適中,濃淡得宜,鹹中又有甜,而且深入肉中心,明顯下了功夫。整碟炒意粉,有着非常獨特的香港特别,簡簡單單,但十分對胃口,滿足了人的口腹之慾。隨餐附送熱朱力,够熱够濃,可謂寒冬的一個享受。隨餐附送中湯,雖有落味精,但都有不少材料(青紅萝卜),算有誠意了!午餐48蚊,同區食肆來講,取價算是進取。但食過之後,仍然覺得物有所值,難怪午市差不多全場爆滿!

今日點了午市套餐-乾炒猪扒意粉,意料之外的美味。分量不算大,但飽肚。
意粉略硬,有彈牙的感覺,質感有别於湯意料及焗意粉。意粉以葱,洋葱及少許銀芽炒成,有鑊氣,但又不油膩,混少許茄醬同吃,特别合味道。

星期天,到荃灣千色店拿鞋,見到新開張的**晨光餐廳。雖然是下午茶時間,我還是想吃粉麵,所以要了個常餐*酸辣腐皮角拼墨魚條薯粉+熱檸茶,$42。這碗薯粉的湯底,酸辣適中,腐皮角和墨魚條也外脆內軟的,挺新鮮,薯粉也煮得軟硬剛剛好,整碗粉不是太大碗,但質素上乘。
