有一日無意中睇到一個YouTuber介紹,本身又係Tuna 控,所以慕名去探訪呢間餐廳,果然冇令我失望。佢哋嘅吞拿魚非常新鮮,我本身好怕魚腥味,所以一咬落去就知道新唔新鮮。最令我驚嘆嘅係好少日本餐館會將啲紫菜用火烤過先至用,呢個係老日本嘅傳統,而我喺呢一間食嘅時候,居然食到紫菜係有陣陣嘅烤香味。值得一讚!雖然個血合啲血腥味有啲重,但係呢個係血合嘅特色。總體來講呢餐非常滿意,食得出廚師嘅用心。會係我定期幫襯嘅餐廳

荃灣出名是天橋之城,好多商場連在一起都不用下日曬雨淋,今日去荃灣行街,經過荃新天地一期見到呢間田中壽司,門口非常日本風,咁耐冇去日本今日決定就食日本菜。一睇餐牌原來發現呢間餐廳好似係吞拿魚專門店,台湾叫鮪鱼,香港人就叫吞拿魚,今天點餐大將tasting combo - 八小碟,裏面有齊唔同的吞拿魚部位。吃盡鮪魚之顛-有齊大拖羅,中拖羅,赤身,大拖羅油脂分布平均入口即溶。本鮪三贯壽司盛-就係有齊大拖羅中拖羅赤身壽司海鮮蒸蛋和牛他他-牛肉夠新鮮,麻香味濃中落鐵火-即係吞拿魚壽司再加一杯日本Suntroy 生啤-而家仲有promotion,每次叫一客三貫壽司盛,就送一杯。鍾意食拖羅的朋友,真的不能錯過。

當中8小碟入面是不同口味的吞拿魚,例如有黑松露,納頭,山藥等等,特別推介血合,十分稀有同蘊含豐富營養價值,味道配搭新鮮又出色。

刺身壽司方面都非常新鮮,提供了不同的吞拿魚部位,包括大拖羅、中拖羅、赤身等,由淡味的赤身開始吃至魚油味最濃的大拖羅,非常滿足!!

餐廳空間感十足,座位間有足夠距離,亦有布簾間隔,相當舒適。
