次序由淡味至濃味,師傅會因應唔同魚生品種而配搭唔同食材調味提鮮

晚餐每位$1980+10%,食物質素一般,素才價值低,貨次價高,真的不值! 唯一一次喺香港食Omakase覺得唔抵!Omakase講究食物新鮮度、衛生度,頭7-8道也要加青檸,酸味蓋過鮮味,如果食材夠好,要加青檸嗎? 師傅的手四圍摸、不重新清潔雙手便直接接觸食物,這讓食客覺得很噁心!然後期待了整晚的重頭戲海膽也是非常一般!失望且不建議大家花這冤枉錢。
