一早就知道呢間sushi saito係東京米芝蓮三星的壽司店 🍣 一直都好想試,但是實在太昂貴 💰💰 直到 有老闆慷慨解囊 🤭 邀請我哋幾個舊同事一齊享用晚餐,當然要賞面啦! 餐廳在四季酒店的45樓 ,裏面分為三間房:兩間房各有八個壽司位,另外一間房就一張四人枱, 但不是壽司Bar,想要privacy嘅朋友就係坐喺裏面呀 🕵️🤦其實壽司的相片很多post唔曬,但不知為什麼食完成餐居然唔夠飽🤔但係值得一讚service真的冇得頂 👍 個個都好有禮貌,個chef亦都非常之nice 😍握壽司的功力亦好到家👏 所有的味道都很好! 但是同香港區其他的壽司店比,佢確實是比較貴一般嚟講二千蚊樓下的omakase很多選擇,而且飽到上心口

壽司方面習慣用手食用。知海鰻脆弱已溫柔地拎起件海鰻壽司,點知一拎起飯都散埋太低級錯誤了吧 
。其實之前有幾件壽司飯拎起嘅時候都就散就散咁,可見師傅握飯功力一般。

食到呢度嘅時候有小插曲,就係廚房傳出一大浸燒焦的味道
(食Omakase咁耐重來未試過嘅情況),照估計應該係把紫菜烘過火而導致味道傳出,由此可見學徒們功夫一樣未夠班 
。講返件手卷,魚蓉夾雜黃瓜有爽口口感但份量一般,而且紫菜不是一咬就破開,而係介乎於淋身與脆身之間黏黏的

,無蛋白打不混合地方。拎上手感覺吹彈可破同時又堅挺原整 


環境方面
壽司吧分有大房同細房當日用餐於細房。大房被城中巨富富二代包房了,一行十人左右傾談難免會熱鬧嘈吵,但餐廳隔音設施實在太差
,什至可算是零隔音
,唔知仲以為自己去了居酒屋定街市 。

最後埋單連加一約 $3600/位
綜合環境食物質素咁嘅價錢,性價比極低!
  呢個價位選擇多的是,有相約價錢但實至名歸的三星Omakase,又或者食到兩餐普普通通不錯的其他日本餐廳。Sushi Saito 名過於實?

幸運地能夠在Sushi Saito午餐,作為日本米之蓮三星、tablelog 排名第一的壽司店的香港分店果然名不虛傳👍🏻 基本上無論食材的新鮮和味道、醋飯酸度的平衡感、壽司的形狀和飯粒間的空氣感等等都無可挑剔而我最喜歡以下三道壽司:小肌 - 醃的酸度非常平衡,清爽中不失嫩滑鯖魚卷 - 醃得極佳,一丁點腥味也沒有,而又不會太酸,再加上昆布並灑上芝麻,完全能夠享受到鯖魚的肥美。和侍者一談之下才發現師傅還加了少許紫蘇,但是下的份量剛剛好,帶出香氣而又不喧賓奪主玉子 - 看起來完全不起眼的玉子,竟然是今天的最大亮點!從用筷子夾起的一刻而感到這玉子的不平凡,不是軟綿綿而是像布甸,像BB屁股般盪漾🤣,吃下去的質感真的有點像custard,之後跟師傅交談他說saito san也以custard形容這玉子。至於味道更是沒話說,蛋香濃郁而吃下去滿口鮮甜,初時以為應該下了很多材料,後來一問之下才知道師傅只下了蛋、蝦和高湯已能做到這效果,真的教人拍案叫絕,之後念念不忘真的見後悔沒有encore這玉子唯一可惜的是始終身處中環四季酒店,商務色彩較濃,店內氣氛始終教人未能百分百享受壽司的味道,不過我想晚市氣氛應該

📝Sushi Saito登上香港Top3之一絕對是實至名歸,但礙於性價比我個人更偏向寧願去東京總店吃Saito San的手藝,後加兩個普通吞拿魚碎手卷,剁碎的吞拿魚雖鮮甜香滑,但索價$900兩個,太overpriced到令人咋舌了吧!!

不得不說魚生的確非常新鮮
海膽一共有三款來自北海道的 鮮甜
但鮑魚並沒有比志魂出色
全晚最欣賞的就是安康魚肝
非常幼滑香甜
好想來一個encore


師傅很年輕非常好玩
環境也非常好 一個很好的經驗
只是價錢真的比較貴
可以考慮再回去吃午餐🥣
