雞心:
作為唔係所有人都能夠接受嘅食材,無論點樣處理都難免會有啲腥味,不過我就係鍾意呢種獨特嘅內臟味😋,同之前喺台灣居酒屋食過嘅烤雞心對比,呢個處理得更加細緻,已經令雞心本身既味道柔和咗好多,特別啱做下酒菜!可惜最近身體唔好,唔可以飲酒⋯⋯下次一定要試!當然,平時唔愛食內臟嘅朋友就唔推薦嘗試啦🤣

雞頸:
佢係經常轉動嘅部位,肥瘦交替,同其他部位比會更加有彈性,而且呢間店嘅調味恰到好處,唔會太淡,亦唔會掩蓋食材本身嘅味道,可以感受到廚師嘅用心👍。

雞翼:
我仲食緊其他野食嗰陣就有串燒黎到喇,所以都攤左一陣先食,諗住野食凍左,會冇咁好食,點知每啖咬落去,塊皮仲脆緊🤫

又來到熟悉的屯門區🤘🏻其實除了市中心的屯門市廣場之外附近一些地方也有很多特色小店比起大品牌更值大家去支持❤️相隔市中心約10-15分鐘路程的「置樂」亦是當中其中一個人氣地點📍今次選擇了「鮨亭」居酒屋🥚 雙色玉子棒 $58玉子棒表面鋪滿木魚絲一款為魷魚沙律 帶粒粒爽口的魷魚使得口感很豐富🫦相當開胃另一款為明太子蝦沙律 入口很Creamy相對前者更為香口惹味😍個人比較喜歡🌟 三色腐皮船 $88外表很吸引💕看起來餡料滿到快瀉般葱碎呑拿魚蓉,魷魚沙律明,太子蝦沙律鮮美十足,口感豐富,滋味可口 三款各有特色然而腐皮船大大件😆女生就未必能一口過🥢 鮨亭海鮮爆丼$198爆丼顧名思義就是把海鮮放到滿滿好像只要一不小心就會瀉出來🥳多款不同刺身融匯於此👏🏻👏🏻全都是港人喜愛的 三文魚,油甘魚,八爪魚等用料相當新鮮 食完滿口鮮香氣 感覺大滿足🐟 鹽燒油甘魚鮫 $108外皮焦香鬆脆 但內裡肉質卻保持肥美嫩滑而且充滿肉汁以及鮨香十足😋淡淡鹽香 可以提升鮮味 又不會喧賓奪主同時用作佐酒一流🍻值得推薦🥄 松葉蟹肉炒飯 $128師傅把飯炒至粒粒分明 上色亦很均勻炒飯本身雖然只有簡單少量配料👨🏻‍🍳但正正因為如此 就更凸
