話說呢間位於康寧道晨光大厦嘅「花園」,從裕民坊多年樓上舖搬到嚟呢處都經已年計。小弟入到嚟準備寫食評時一睇,真係何其唏噓,想當年旺起上嚟客倌要企樓下吹風食塵等位嘅港式著名扒房,如今不但食評寂寥,就連臨打烊前一個鐘上到去,都顯得冷冷清清。原個叮熱鬆軟餐包配以原粒安佳牛油,放响呢一個好似從來都唔會洗同換嘅麵包籃入面,罅隙之間總係有啲揮之不去陳年麵包碎,就好似童年時望住街邊雞蛋仔留口水。嗱識飲就梗係飲紅湯,絕對唔會飲由麵粉溝成嘅白湯。睇睇孖份T骨扒個造型先。嚟多張橫切面。可能由於客已經少再加上就快打烊嘅關係,扒好明顯未完全解凍就烤,造成難切、切開之後冇肉汁、未入口已經起哂渣嘅嚴重水準問題。好在有個蒜汁頂住,但係T骨周邊肉質明顯太生,趕住收工嘅嫌疑好大。牛味唔及西冷同肉眼,以呢個價錢,下次我都係食番肉眼穩陣,但係呢個「下次」將會係「明年之後。」睇左呢兩杯仍然可靠嘅餐飲份上,我畀個「OK。」明年今日再會!

本身自己好鐘意鋸扒,亦去過好多餐廳食,但眾觀咁多間,都係花園餐廳比較扺食。今次叫了個安格斯牛扒($158)和一客西冷牛扒($78)。果然貴係好味d,安格斯大牛扒會比較厚,肉汁也較多,味道一流,可與ruby xxxxxday比。相反,西冷牛扒味道一般,與茶餐廳的牛扒差不多,口感一般。個人覺得呢間會煮得比較熟,所以叫了個五成,但最後的效果似是七,八成,可因自己喜愛程度再點。令我覺得最中伏的莫過於是它的特飲... 真係中伏... 它有一杯名為粉紅佳人的特飲,由石榴汁和果肉梳打組成。我飲了一口後,原封不動的讓待應收了它。勁伏,勁似咳藥水味,完全飲唔落,我寧願飲水,仲要竟然要加$13加杯咳藥水,伏左。但晚餐鋸扒百多元黎講,包餐湯,餐包,牛扒配薯菜,飲品,算是不錯。 推介大家試下安格斯牛扒,還真不錯。

來到 happy friday, 想行遠一點食好少少, 想起 lunch 好久沒去据扒了,所以我提議不如去花園餐廳. 觀塘共有兩間花園餐廳,一間位於東廣場,而我們則選了靠近公司在康寧道那間用餐.到達餐廳時未到1pm, 已見人頭湧湧,幸好也只是等了大約五分鐘便可以入坐了!時日特餐共有4款,天天不同. 有扒, 有天使麵配餐湯,餐包及餐飲,劃一$50.如特餐不合胃口,可選價錢較貴的午餐. 羅宋湯: 材料足,有紅蘿蔔,椰菜,蒜蓉,蕃茄還有薯仔,可惜味道過鹹…… 喝了不到一半……餐包: 帶有微溫,不過略嫌包身不夠鬆軟,像似放入微波爐叮熱似的.蒜蓉西冷牛扒 ($50): 蒜蓉汁非常多,味道很香. 牛扒上面亦滿佈了蒜蓉粒.  由於本人接受不了太生的牛扒,所以事先吩咐要求牛扒不要煎得太生…… 要知牛扒煎得太熟其實是很難吃的,肉質因過熟而會變靱. 幸好這裡的牛扒雖煎至8、9成熟, 但肉質還是軟淋juicy的. 拌碟的炸薯條則炸得略為乾身.

好久都冇黎觀塘,之前都睇過改建新聞,黎到先知已變了好多,連細細個時常黎花園幫親,依家都搬埋。不過都係對面街。上到去都有少少似以前既格局,同朋友食左個鷄扒餐,首先個餐包都算會起筋兼有咬口,羅宋湯比較咸左少少但都好多料。而扒就好有口感,不過都係咸左d. 杯茶就的確冇以前甘有味,吾知係米換左師傅呢。

見好耐冇去過花園餐廳食牛扒,又見搬左新地方,諗住去食吓牛鐵板[]既牛扒,點知一食之下都唔知幾時夠膽再去 。我地點左三款食物,西冷紐西蘭牛扒,黑椒紐西蘭牛柳同紅酒燴牛舌意粉,兩款扒都有餐湯同餐飽跟,餐飽有番熱尚算可以,羅宋湯裡都有D薯仔,洋葱,红蘿蔔,都算合格,但係D主菜就我點左六成熟都算做得到,至於D牛柳冇肉味又鞋,牛扒有少少肉味但係都係鞋左D,反而牛舌意粉既牛舌淋過D牛扒,但係意粉就好少,要比較細食既人先[]岩喇!我都知道一分錢一分貨,但係收$105既牛柳比大家樂既六十蚊有找既鐵板餐還差咁就有D過份喇!最慘係D待應好似想你快D埋單走,係咁收野,又問你係唔係要埋單
