獨自午餐,坐在自閉卡位,但幾好,自成一角。叫了牛扒配飯,五十幾蚊,不抱太大的期望。羅宋湯沒有什麼特別,反而個餐飽暖暖而且軟軟。一送來主菜,感覺良好,份量很足啊!但因通電談公事,待了廿分鐘,食物都放涼了。食第一口牛,很有牛的肉味,不會過分醃料,肉質軟,但不是鬆肉粉所致。我感覺這牛不能與茶記冰室並論。切開,牛扒中間還略紅,不會過熟。最後還有杯啡味濃的凍啡。午市好似冇加一。環境舒適,食物質素好,價錢合理,真的是再光顧的原動力。

絕對飽的午餐差不多一點去到,以為無位,原來入面好大,亦跟政府要求做足,台同台之間好寬,好舒服。都系同以前無乜改變的老店作風,夥計大大聲,一叫餐就叫你要埋餐茶。可以讚是上菜埋單都有效率,但野食包括意粉同包都系熱,仲有無收加一。茄蒜豬扒拼牛利意粉(56) 3分- 餐一上臺睇到真系好大塊豬趴啊!瘦中帶肥,食落都幾鬆,另外牛利都幾厚有兩大件,份量絕對好抵,但牛利煮得太長時間搞到太淋同無乜味;義大利粉硬度剛剛好,有咬口,但汁真係太小啦!西冷牛趴意粉($56)4分-牛趴表面有小小帶香的黑焦,好香,更難得是一個特餐可以做到5成熟,牛肉味以午餐來睇係幾好。餐湯叫左羅宋湯,幾濃同帶肉味。

- 餐一上臺睇到真系好大塊豬趴啊!瘦中帶肥,食落都幾鬆,另外牛利都幾厚有兩大件,份量絕對好抵,但牛利煮得太長時間搞到太淋同無乜味;義大利粉硬度剛剛好,有咬口,但汁真係太小啦!

西冷牛趴意粉($56)4分
-牛趴表面有小小帶香的黑焦,好香,更難得是一個特餐可以做到5成熟,牛肉味以午餐來睇係幾好。

餐湯叫左羅宋湯,幾濃同帶肉味。

好耐冇去綠楊新邨,今日去見到呢間好似幾好,入面啲座位寬敞,喺疫情期間幾適合去食,雖然覺得佢有少少似多國菜但係原來係扒房,價錢唔會好貴,上菜速度快,算系ok。晚餐有湯,佢個紅湯望啲材料應該係羅宋湯,味道OK不過我覺得有啲甜,羅宋湯應該要有少少酸味,之後佢個帶子老虎蝦天使麵有點失望,個天使麵另上的,天使麵係配白汁,不過白汁同天使麵嘅比例差距有點大,有少量白汁喺面上,下面好乾,難以入口。另外老虎蝦同帶子有可能因為係急凍所以冇乜鮮味,不過整體可以接受。此外焗田螺味道唔錯值得一試嗰度嘅豬手都唔錯,唔會硬同埋肉質好嫩。雖然嗰度主要食扒,但係我認為既然有出售其他款式嘅餐,應該都要盡量做好少少。不過如果只係去食扒,我認為不妨一試,整體食物質素唔會太差。

老牌扒房進駐荃灣, 新開幾個月,舖面好大,等位唔使好耐。疫情下,都算多人食。今次試午市套餐,有湯有包有野飲。羅宋湯夠濃同好多料,主菜叫左豬扒肉腸片配飯同牛扒薯條。主菜中規中矩,牛扒唔夠腍,整體唔算好驚喜。朋友話晚餐好食d,下次再試下。

等左好多個月,綠楊花園餐廳終於開左!今日 lunch 去試食,各樣 ok 啦 !侍應 ok !味道 ok !份量 ok !價錢 ok !但 D 細節位有待改善:見到侍應生多次「用手」攞餐包放入籃再比客人!但個「包夾」就係傍邊,做乜唔用呢?!食鐵板用既黑椒汁、洋蔥汁成大兜就咁放係櫃面度,冇用「蓋」 蓋好!現在咁既環境,清潔衛生比一切重要!!

食鐵板用既黑椒汁、洋蔥汁成大兜就咁放係櫃面度,冇用「蓋」 蓋好!

現在咁既環境,清潔衛生比一切重要!!

舊式扒房開分店一於試下會唔會有唔同疫症關係閒日晚上人港不多先黎個餐湯味道淡左少少 水溝得太多了焗田螺 薯蓉焗得幾好 個邊幾好食 田螺都好肥美神戶口柳碟上 舊扒本身靚 所以幾好食西冷 有輕輕力‘拿’過 所以唔靭 都食到有一絲絲嘅肉 薯條放底燶左少少 不過鐵板上嘅都會係咁樣雖然好大塊 望落好抵食 但其實佢係最唔好食 ‘拿’到完全唔似肉 食落口果陣‘拿’過嘅味覆蓋左黑椒汁陣味 肉質係霉嘅 唔係好知食緊咩成餐飯都坐得幾舒服 位置幾闊落究竟舊式扒房係食老字號呢個名氣還是食淋汁落鐵板果下果陣煙?但一定唔會係為左食好食嘅扒而黎
