To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同事想試呢間茶記好耐，但佢每次叫我我都有啲猶豫。但今次佢又話想試咁我就同佢一齊去試。去到兩點左右原來佢下午茶係2:30開始，但都冇乜所謂因為一心去試都未必一定要叫下午茶。入到去坐低，因為過咗兩點都只有兩三台客我同我同事張西望睇睇牆上面嘅餐牌。3秒唔夠已經有位疑似老闆嘅叔叔過嚟問我哋食乜態度好cool咁我話要多少少時間咁我哋繼續再睇餐牌亦不足10秒佢又返番過嚟問我哋食飯老實講，我真係未睇清楚想食乜咁見佢咁心急咁我就求其點咗一個煎豬扒蛋出前一丁麵。我同事就點咗個茶餐豬扒蕃茄湯通粉。食完之後我就問我同事：「呀！唔知佢收唔收PayMe呢？」當我同事都未回答，突然間有把好cool嘅聲喺後邊收銀櫃位叫過嚟話：我哋唔收PayMe 㗎。我都打咗個特。出咗門口開始講食評我同事話啲豬扒完全好似冇煎過，咁我就話好快有煎，但係勁多鬆肉粉囉。老實講食物一啲都冇特出平平無奇，亦唔能夠同其他普通茶記比下去。服務又咁cool真係冇第二次。有時覺得呢啲小店所謂老店去到某一日執笠真係唔係冇原因。

又有me time ，唔好嘥，食左佢。大喜，舊式港式茶檔一間，70年代的裝潢，風味就是不一樣。位於上環樂古道附近嘅華里，一個幽靜的角落，不顯眼，默默做。有緣遇上，冇理由錯過。😁可惜皇牌B售罄，唔緊要，食個至尊C跟茶走，呢個環境，只有茶走最啱feel。雪菜味啱，咸香適宜；米粉過隱，攣攣似公仔面，入口少彈牙。最靚係茶走，茶色深，味夠濃。輕輕一sip，如絲般順滑地流入，然後填充於牙縫然後佔據著味蕾然後回甘滿口茶香一流👍🏻

我係為左佢個黑蒜丁而嚟幫襯的好食！It’s yummy and I like the chicken + 黑蒜丁very much! I have been this restaurant for fee times because of it haha! The ice milktea are also very nice, but after the plastic-free campaign, no straw have been provided and thus I need to drink it by sipping it haha.

老板热情的来招呼，并且介绍菜品，我不会粤语老板转换国语来跟我讲解，我有不懂的菜单老板也给我讲解，菜品味道不错，肉分量很多，虽然开在一个拐角，但是店内人几乎坐满。

📍大喜茶檔 @ 上環ღ 咖喱牛腩飯 $55最愛馳名咖喱飯🥺好麻甩！第一啖食落口已經感受到佢嘅重口味～係超濃郁嘅港式咖喱 啲配菜都煮得好淋好入味個牛腩仲要本身已經係柱侯炆過！成件事就係超地道茶記嘅味道 又夠晒足料😂不過偏鹹 食到最尾真係有啲頂唔順哈哈雖然我都係食得超乾淨 一粒飯都冇浪費😛btw呢度人情味我比100分～雖然係典型茶記態度 但睇得出做開附近街坊生意老闆同伙記都好jeng 成日同客人傾計！回頭指數😼4/5（係上環良心茶記(〃ω〃)
