Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 「恐怖!去茶餐廳都要等位!」這句說話,其實不是我說的;是某次午膳時間路過樂富太興,一位男子望見門外等位的人潮後,忍不住叫出了這一句,太公剛巧路過,給聽去了。雖不算恐怖,但樂富這家太興的等位人潮,確實有點誇張 (尤其是剛開張的那陣子);作為一家茶餐廳,竟然有位「專員」站在門口,派籌叫號碼,然後有約十多人在門外圍著等,感覺很「酒樓」。也難怪這人潮;樂富「冇啖好食」的情況,因為大裝修而維持了太久;難得開了一家質素較有保證的,自會引得不少人去一試。後來大家習慣了,人潮沒那麼嚇人,但午市總不難見有人等候。有次較早出門,見候位的人潮不多,就進去一試。我要了個叉燒飯餐 ($41);叉燒份量不少,肉汁也算豐富,肥瘦適中,本是作得不錯;可惜切得太薄,每一片中,那甜甜的外層味道太搶,結果感覺似吃豬肉乾多過叉燒。猶幸 (也許是) 這是因為燒味部切肉師傅刀功太飄忽,這次太薄,下次就剛好適中。我的叉燒飯餐跟奶茶;雖然太興標榜其奶茶出色,可惜入口空有茶香,口感卻太粗糙,空有「香」而不「滑」,實在不想再喝下去。後來發現淨叉燒飯只需 $31,既然這兒奶茶不吸引,老火湯又非我所好,還不如單叫飯抵得多!這就完成我的「樂富

這就完成我的「樂富太興初体驗」;然而,太公既在附近工作,去太興的機會又豈止一次?後來再光顧,就要了其「雪菜肉絲米 + 炒蛋多士」($36)的午餐。

雪菜肉絲米的雪菜肉絲都夠鮮香,加一點辣椒油同吃,咸、鮮、辣,加上爽滑米粉的中和作用,簡簡單單的卻作出細緻的味道,以茶餐廳來說是很有驚喜。

炒蛋多士的多士也夠鬆香,唯炒蛋不太夠滑卻油;與上次一樣,下次還是單點雪菜肉絲米,好過叫餐!

跟餐飲品要了鈣思寶,一盒鈣思寶置於碟上送上,感覺有點kitsch

但終究來說,太興的質素在樂富區內己可算龍頭位置,而且矚發了部分也其質素的區內食肆減價,對爾等消費者來說,終究是喜訊也!

Order 了3 個茶餐: 1) 乾炒牛河 + 冰鎮奶茶 - not bad 2) 廈門炒米粉+ 凍檸茶- d 米粉好硬, 又酸又甜咁, 從未食過咁怪嘅廈門炒米3) 公司三文冶+ 凍Horlick - 唔知點解d 三文冶都係甜嘅雖然地方新, 服務好, 但係食完番屋企要飲勁多水, 太多味精, 真係恐佈!價錢比同區的茶餐廳高, 凍飲加3蚊

究竟係新鋪頭吸引定係品牌效應呢,呢間太興係到開咁耐就不停有人等位,就算係星期日下午五點幾都要等位,但係又唔係平喎.分蹄燒肉米粉 -- 分蹄肥瘦適中,燒肉不靱,皮非常脆.蟹柳炭燒雞扒米 -- 雞扒燒得剛剛好,很香,但湯底被黑椒蓋過.呢度啲米粉不錯,唔同一般茶餐廳,比較煙靱,另外湯底亦不咸.
