To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

調景嶺 譚仔雲南米線調景嶺呢間譚仔最近搬咗去一個新嘅位置，之前嗰間個人覺得湯底偏咸， 米線質地太硬，唔太好食，一路都冇再幫襯。而家搬咗新嘅位置就去試下個廚房得唔得啦。通常我都係食雞肉墨丸清湯米線， 今次個湯底正常，有鮮味得黎唔會太鹹， 墨丸都一樣爽口彈牙大大粒，仍然都係高質嘅墨魚丸！ 雞肉就普普通通正常土匪雞翼今次比米線來得快，但係唔算好熱 ， 孜然味亦都唔係好夠，係幾香嘅，都有肉汁個人覺得搬左新地方嘅譚仔好食過之前嗰間

舖位搬左。不過依然都係喺2樓。夜晚黎食唔滿人。大把位任坐。不過餐廳入面冷氣唔夠。可能因為商場啲冷氣係涼過餐廳入面。好彩坐多陣就慢慢適應左。全場有3種唔同嘅枱。感覺似係湊湊埋埋啲枱咁。阿姐們依然服務態度好好。又快手。叫左雞肉酸辣同小食雲耳。今次酸辣好似偏辣左少少。芽菜比平時少。不過依然係足以令到人食上癮。雲耳一上枱就覺得好大兜。賣相吸引。可惜味道麻麻。基本調味唔夠。唔夠味。叫左小辣。不過除左辣辣地就冇咩味。
