To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

得個辣字,完全無酸味. 叫得酸辣就係預左個會酸, 但成碗粉得個辣字, 間野可能新開無論安排位置, 上菜都十分之混亂,希望佢地能有所改曾, 當比個機會譚仔, 下次行開去會試多一試

Other Info. : 講起就把鬼火, 話說譚仔不論係咪三哥都食左好多次, 唯獨是呢間有問題, 咁話說當晚去食, 叫左個炸醬腩肉竹筌酸辣再加個細土匪雞翼, 第一: 碗米線得個辣字, 完全無酸, 好啦到我差唔多食完, 呀副店長問都無問就收我碟野, 呀大佬, 正常你都問下:請問仲要唔要, 你先收碟野, 咁我問佢仲乜收左我碟野, 佢就可愛到係收埋個堆野到拎返個隻碟比我(個碟已經浸左落人地碗湯到), 無病嗎, 同個店長講(戴Rolex 藍圈), 佢又覺得無乜野咁, 到最後埋單, 反而收銀位同事去了解, 同我解釋可能係員工訓練唔夠同埋會改善, 咁我又想問點去請個店長同副店長嫁呢? 我諗譚仔都要好好諗下同加強培訓

譚仔其他分店已食過N次,  終於喺屋企附近開了一間.  今日去完街好攰, 又唔太餓, 打算早啲食晚餐, 早啲休息. 行過唔使等位, 就入去湊熱鬧.叫咗: 豬肉清湯米線 $28.00--清湯唔太濃, 亦唔油膩. 豬肉有少許鞋, 但可接受.過橋米線 (清湯) $48.00--配料豐富 有魚蛋, 墨丸, 牛丸, 豬肉, 牛肉, 雞肉, 豬潤.......名副其實大雜會. 好大碗 足夠老公同百厭仔share. 埋單$76.00

Other Info. : 舖位唔大, 坐得很迫, 尤其卡位要坐六個人, 我哋有一個小朋友尚可, 如全部大人都幾辛苦. 我哋五點幾去到, 基本上仲有好多吉位, 但職員硬要安排坐六人卡位, 我哋就無所謂, 但聽到前面那枱 因此而口角, 職員唔識執生囉.
