今日同同事黎試下西班牙菜,應該是區內唯一一間西班牙餐廳。餐廳位於新建成既商業樓宇既底層。餐廳裝修似Disco, 唔知到既話會以為佢只係一間賣酒既酒吧。同同事點左煎鴨胸同埋西班牙黑毛豬鞍,以西餐Lunch set來說價錢合理點左血橙燒牛肉沙律同埋蟹肉辣忌廉芝士釀烤甜紅椒,兩個前菜都非常好食同入味。如果食到少少辣非常推薦甜紅椒,菜色非常大胆特別,蟹肉,芝士同紅椒味道分明。主菜登場,兩個主菜份量比較大,男仔都會覺得飽。鴨胸醃製出色,蕃茄紅飯配合醬汁味道酸甜非常醒胃。豬胺食材鮮嫩,肉質鬆軟。唯一改善係食物上菜時較凍,如果溫度更熱會更好其實食完已經飽飽地,估唔到仲有甜品! 個卷好脆而且甜度岩岩好最後仲有fruit pouch, 淡淡士多啤梨味,口感爽口,而且不會過甜

海鮮鍋飯以paellera 平底鑊上桌 , 一睇就知正宗 。 而且海鮮密密的報滿整個鍋面,勁豪華 。飯粒口感扎實有咬口, 而且米粒也吸滿了高湯的滋味, 海鮮包括了魷魚青口蜆和紅蝦, 看著一大鍋海鮮,整個食慾大振。

Already been to the one in Causeway Bay for couple times and this is my first visit to the one in Kwun Tong. This place is such a lovely place to hangout and just relax with a cup of wine; great atmosphere and hospitality!!Always love their wine, especially their Sangria which is the best I have ever tried in HK!The Spanish food is so good as well! Love their stuffed Red Pepper, it’s a must try!Will definitely bring more friends to here!

This Spanish restaurant is one of my favourite. Their food is really outstanding and they serve really nice tapas. Today I came here for lunch with my best friend. The size of the Iberico Pork Chop is huge. We enjoyed the Iberico Pork Chop because of its tenderness and juiciness. It has some fat on the side which contribute to the nutty flavor and the aroma of the Pork Chop. I especially like the sherry vinegar gravy with the garlic pasta since the gravy is full-bodied with a rich nutty and sweetish flavor.

My cup of coffee tasted just right.

My friend ordered stuffed roasted red pepper with crab and spicy cream cheees as appetizer. The baby bell peppers are filled with a cheesy mixture of cream cheese and crab. The outside of the peppers are crunchy and the mixture tasted rich and thick. She really enjoys this contrast of the qualities. I tried a bite and it tasted awesome. 😋

先講第一個,血橙甜,餐廳切成一片片,每一口,都夾埋牛肉,火箭菜、醋,加埋好好食嘅面頭脆脆,真係食得好開心,呢一味餸,一定推介,作為整餐飯的開胃菜。

第二個係我食咗第二次之後,依然繼續點的一款Tapas,因為真係太鍾意佢蟹肉溝Cream Cheese這一個配搭,加埋碎碎的黑椒粒,成個味道吊左出來,配搭得很好。

第三個係鵝肝多士,細細的多士,裏面夾着薄薄的鵝肝,配上極重的牛油味,好出色,味道更能蓋過第二款Tapas。


所以如果要點的話,一定要順着這一個次序,一定要呀。



主菜來的是:

黑毛豬的肉非常頭,而且筋和肉分明,配埋喱汁,甜甜的,似是蜜糖,鹹同埋甜混合埋一齊,能夠減去食肉的飽滯,反而更加開胃。


薯仔新鮮炸,非常新鮮,而且配埋調味粉,很不錯。

今日有個好朋友係澳洲返黎,所以帶佢去飲下野,互相update下近況。呢個個環境好chill,好闊絡,大家可以唔使大大聲講野先傾到計,裝修都好有趣,石屎牆加霓虹燈!連個餐具櫃都好有格調!Foie Gras Lollipop $78首先係上左鵝肝,佢食落好豐富油脂奶香的味道,配上啲開心果粒,好夾^^The classic $75之後侍應介紹我地試呢杯The classic,我朋友嗰杯係Before Sunrise,但我覺得呢個比較合我口味。Tortilla De Patata (Spanish Potato Omlette) $78再黎叫左一個蛋餅,佢好足料,我平日好怕好多沙律醬嘅菜式,但呢個蛋餅唔會太多醬,配埋食比例剛剛好,停唔到口啦!Seafood Paella (For 2) $118呢個係西班牙海鮮焗飯,呢款飯最怕就係啲飯太硬,但佢係軟適中,加上少少醬點綴,都好好食!Churros with chocolate dip $58最後就係churros啦,肉桂粉加糖,再浸哂落朱古力醬,冇得輸!!如果炸得冇咁硬就有一百分了!

星期日是舊同學會一年一新春聚舊,今年是在位於觀塘國際貿易中心的Tapa Room,餐廳設計以霓虹燈為主,座位設有室內和室外。食物主打西班牙菜,五光十色的霓虹燈飾猶如穿越時光隧道。薄切慢煮八爪魚:煮八爪魚真的很難控制熟度,好容易煮到韌,但用慢煮的方法就不同,肉質不但鮮嫩,還帶點爽口,醬汁酸酸辣辣,十分醒胃。西班牙黑毛豬肉丸伴甜椒醬,用上等的黑毛豬做肉丸,豬肉味特別濃厚,肉質也較有口感,配上以甜椒醬為主的醬汁,提升了肉丸的美味!巴塞隆拿式烤紅蝦,鮮美至極,灑上鹽花味道升華,肉質嫩而不散。西班牙黑毛豬鞍架伴些厘醋燒汁:厚切的豬鞍中間程粉紅色,表示熟度剛剛好,肉質鮮嫩有豬肉的香味,配帶酸味的厘醋燒汁,不會有油膩感覺,還有伴碟的炸薯仔粒,香脆可口。鮮蟹肉扁意粉,蟹肉份量不少,意粉軟硬適中,味道調得唔錯。Tapa Room House Beer,美食當前少不了啤酒杯,冰凍好飲!Pineapple juice,菠蘿味濃郁,味道香甜。
