簡單的午餐,去完了中山公園游泳就來了,一直都有人等位,但還好時間還早很快有位,途中也不停有人等位。最喜歡的就是手打牛丸,爽口彈牙有肉汁,好食到另加淨食一碗,可以配埋沙茶醬(+$5)仲好食,胡椒豬肚丸有濃濃的胡椒味都係必點,之後就一定會點達蠔仔腸粉,重點係一定要加蠔仔,每一啖都有雞蛋,肉碎,蠔仔好滿足。 continue reading

西環一家開業自2020的潮州粉麵店。老闆兼廚師鍾朝實是地地道道的達濠人。他秉承家鄉傳統,每日準備豐富湯底,用5斤豬筒骨和25斤豬骨,搭配半斤胡椒熬煮超過十小時,呈現出無以倫比的湯鮮。真材實料的味道!喝下一口,彷彿可以驅走體內的濕氣和疲勞。店裡的手工丸子種類多達9款,以達濠傳統方式炮製每天新鮮人手打制。最受歡迎的當屬牛筋丸、魚蛋和胡椒豬肚丸,被譽為「三大天王」。不過,讓我最著迷的還是以下幾樣美食:1)肉卷:選用新鮮豬肉按黃金比例調配,打成漿後溫煮成型,肉質鮮嫩多汁,讓人一嚐難忘。肉質爽彈汁水滿滿,又有清鮮的豬肉香甜味。好似扎肉,不過只有濃濃的豬肉味。2)胡椒豬肚丸:把新鮮豬肉和豬肚混合打漿,加入適量胡椒提味,每一口都是鮮美的驚喜。咬開會有用汁彈出嚟, 美味非常。3)牛筋丸:牛肉去油剔筋,加入牛嫩筋,捶打至肉質緊實,入口彈牙有嚼勁,飽滿多汁。如果你鍾意沙茶醬,不妨試試店內的潮州撈麵;若偏好清爽口感,那麼搭配米粉絕對錯不了。另外喜歡食辣,就一定唔好錯過店內自制的海南島小黃椒醬, 冬菜,潮州辣椒油。辣到飛起。 continue reading

當天去到一間平民化既食堂,首選自然係佢地嘅招牌三餸粉麵。啱啱端上枱,牛腩、牛丸、蠔仔鮮香撲鼻,讓人垂涎🤤。啖啖牛腩,肉質滑溜、入口即化,足料牛丸咬落去彈牙,有咁嘅口感真係正!蠔仔新鮮,有種海水嘅鮮甜,完全冇腥味。湯底用白胡椒嚟打底,香而不辣,一啲都唔會蓋過粉麵嘅本味。輕輕咁撒少少店家特製嘅泡椒提味,微辣嘅刺激又帶出另一番風味。再來嘅腸粉,真係有啲出乎意料。雖然喺香港,腸粉一般味道多少有限,但呢間嘅腸粉內餡超足,生菜、雞蛋同埋豬肉嘅組合新鮮又足料,冬菜嘅點綴仲帶來一絲絲回甘。皮雖然可以再煙韌啲,但加咗蠔仔後味道真係提升咗不少,嗰種醇厚嘅海鮮香氣讓人念念不忘🐚。無論如何,都係一頓令人滿足嘅午餐🍜。 continue reading

地道潮汕美食🍜平價不踩雷😋😋😋店面不大 中午用餐需要排隊~ 現做的腸粉 熱氣騰騰 滑溜溜一口滑入嘴巴 香滑軟糯 🙌🏻招牌達濠仔里面有魚紮,胡椒豬肚丸,豬肉蝴蝶腩,份量十足,有種大口吃肉的快感 ,鮮嫩多汁,濃郁的香氣,很吸引人哦,達濠仔結合了不同的食材和烹飪技巧,以創造出豐富的口感層次,秘制醬料也是特別美味 鮮辣香濃,一定要加入試下💗粉粉嫩嫩的潮汕牛肉 還有招牌手打豬肉丸 爽口彈牙 一口爆汁 都是不錯的推薦呢~ continue reading

走過西營盤,試味遇到間好嘢嘅餐廳,一於坐低嚟食啲正嘅潮州面。首先,個潮汕牛丸河🍜,啫啫滑口嘅河粉同彈牙牛丸,食落好夾,真係正到無朋友。湯底輕鮮,牛腩嘅入味程度得嚟又唔肥膩,根本係面控嘅福音。黎緊講吓特色潮汕腸粉。腸粉紙一樣嘅薄,夠透光,入口滑到化。跟住個魚皮餃夾魚扎米線,胡椒嘅香味撲鼻,一啖嘅爽脆,魚皮餃有股鮮海嘅氣息。魚扎就食落外脆內軟,鮮美得黎又得意嘅形狀,賣相一流😋。舊年聽人閒談,話起達濠仔得名聲厲害,今日終於親身試過,算係解鎖新滋味。正宗粵港風味,食下覺得自己都拎起流行嘅尺,評到出「夠晒口水」、「勁過癮」。肚皮滿足,味蕾開心,可以話係平民心水之選。未來還想再試啲咩? 開心到諗都唔使諗,一定返嚟再嘆😉! continue reading
