我同屋企人平時都鍾意食泰國菜,聽朋友話上次食過呢間【泰發】幾好味,叫我一定要去食下,我心諗泰國菜黎黎去去都係食果d嘢架啦,而且好多間都整得幾好味架啦,呢間有咩咁特別呢?🤔🤔尋晚星期六,7:30,冇book位,唔駛等位,4大1小即刻有位。不過坐低咗越食就越多人,開始有客等位。估唔到。。。菜式同平時嘅有dd唔同,feel到佢地幾有誠意,服務都幾好,好friendly,落單快,嘢食都出得幾快,仲味味都幾正!😍😍係必定再食嘅餐廳之一

收工返到屯門,友人話食泰菜,就近近地系附近間泰發食算,廢事去到咁遠。餐廳空間不大,坐位算是舒適唔太迫。室外亦有數張枱(不過可能有蚊) 。檸檬燒牛肉推推。。在半生熟牛肉上加上酸辣汁好鬼野味,肉質好有咬口完全唔靭無渣,仲有菜菜子墊底添!超再加個泰式炒飯 份量夠晒均衡下次試下隻咖喱蟹先~~~

泰式生蝦,新鮮度非常滿意,做定不是即劏的生蝦從雪櫃取出冷冰冰,肉質爽彈微黏,但個心太冰凍,凍到打冷震呢,影響味道。淡水蝦有點淡,沾上酸辣泰汁夾埋蒜片好好味啊 ﹗如果有片苦瓜齊齊食就更加開心啦。何解炸蝦頭唔翻炸一下呢?專登做冷盤的嗎?凍冰冰的炸蝦頭又油膩又出水,so bad ﹗


無骨酸辣鳳爪,吃不出辣味來,無辣不歡的我當然會失望。表面的鳳爪微微酸微微甜,爽脆略彈,入口清涼蠻滿意啊 ﹗沉底的鳳爪強酸霸道,幸好我還頂得住。如果多點鮮茄又多點芹菜的話,我地便更開心啦 ﹗


碳燒豬頸肉,穩陣之選,助酒良伴。半肥瘦肉質鬆化彈牙,不油不膩。散發焦香及微溫,豬肉味香濃滲著肉汁,原味可口宜人,沾上蒜辣汁更是惹味開胃,高質食唔停口呢。


燒雞全翼,慢工出細貨,終於出場喇。外脆內滑雞汁微滲,燒藝到加有質素,內外醃味得宜又可口,剛剛好不過咸又不會淡茂茂,連個泰式雞醬都慳返。香噴噴,好味道 ﹗


沙嗲串燒雞,雞肉嫩滑水潤多汁,時間剛剛好。沙嗲串燒豬,肉質鬆化微彈不乾硬。雞豬同樣輕醃,燒得香噴噴又熱辣辣,沾上甜而香口而不辣的沙嗲汁,食得津津有味。


泰式炸蝦餅,好得喎,必食 ﹗炸得金黃鬆脆,不硬不刮口,咬到索索聲添呢 ﹗鮮蝦味非凡突出,蝦汁微滲,蝦膠充滿生命力,跳彈活潑。味道咸香帶鮮不過火,有料到。


豬肉生菜包,咁細碟既?乾爭爭的肉鬆,肉少而紫洋蔥青蔥就大量,味道強酸,魚露味濃烈霸道,整體味道單調,香料欠奉又不香口惹味,完全不辣。色香味都麻麻地,無下次。


冬陰功湯,加入大量蝦仔,雖然無蝦味。湯底夠晒辣,好刺激。勁多指天椒及青辣椒,夠酸夠濃。要快快趁熱飲,凍左有點咸。


鹽燒盲曹,神乎奇技無得頂喎 ﹗侍應妹妹話 20 分鐘先煮好,但不到 10 分鐘就送到。起初我摸落魚皮係凍架喎,心諗唔會係一早燒定再求其焗焗就上檯掛?誰知一打開魚皮,白煙輕飄,熱燙燙的呢 ﹗真奇怪啊。


滿分無得彈無得輸,熱騰騰香噴噴,肥美嫩滑,肉汁豐富立立令,泛著淺淺的香茅香葉南薑香料味道,清爽不過份,啖啖肉勁滿足。原汁原味極可口,佔上泰式酸辣汁勁添風味。


冬陰功湯明爐烏頭,難得火力超猛呀 ﹗湯汁只需幾分鐘已經滾起,不停將熱熱湯汁倒在烏頭之上,希望魚肉受熱均勻又入味,熱先好食麻 ﹗


魚肉雖然滑滑啖啖肉,但淡水魚帶點泥味,隱弱散發著腥味呢,免強能夠吞下肚乍,麻麻地。要下點功夫除除腥、除除嗅呢,其實用粗鹽可以幫到手。


青檸明爐盲鰽,清蒸、鹽燒、鹽焗就食得多,搞搞新意思。沒有泰式酸菜肉鬆,試試青檸清湯啦。清湯真係幾清下喎,有點水汪汪,味道單調。明爐湯浸跟鹽燒質感完全唔同,十分嫩滑,十分鬆軟,魚肉散散地,有一刻我還以為比錯魚啊,麻麻地。


蒜蓉牛油燒大頭蝦,轉眼已消滅了道菜,不過仍然沒有飽[的感覺,要再下兩成補補飛。大頭蝦新鮮出爐,熱騰騰輕煙飄飄。新鮮度不能置疑,蝦氣芳香,入口勁爽彈勁嫩滑,時間剛好無 overcook。


淡水蝦味淡,配上清淡的牛油味,整體真的偏淡喎,原汁原味,食其原始鮮味。牛油芡再濃一點、再杰一點會加好,現在淋上魚露蒜辣汁也可點綴一下,效果不錯。


魚露蒸雞,一心想試海南雞飯架,侍應哥仔話只在午市供應,陰功無口福,欲哭無淚。大力推介魚露雞,稱跟海南雞差不多,我相信您。嘩,驚喜萬分,那有差不多呀,根本比海南雞更加好食呢,超好味靚雞呀 ﹗


香氣芬芳飄飄,聞得到的美味。皮肉嫩滑軟棉,不乾不鞋。嫩雞身材又好,半肥瘦無肥膏,皮薄黏黏。原味已非常美味,點汁不點汁都無緊要,連骨都損得乾乾淨淨,正到痺 ﹗


泰式炒通菜,見到不是我最愛的水通已即時面色一沉,但居然出乎意料的爽甜,難得旱通都可以如此鮮嫩,不乾不硬不韌又無渣。魚露不嗆不過咸,香而不濁,味濃多汁,好好食有鑊氣,大注大注不停地搶先夠豪氣。


馬拉盞炒椰菜苗,暫時食過最好食的炒椰菜苗啊 ﹗不苦不澀不厚不粗糙,爽爽脆脆,天然菜甜味加上微辣馬拉盞,炒得熱烘烘直送入口,趙得津津有味。


馬拉盞炒通菜,出乎意料旱通能如此爽甜充滿水份,不乾硬、不草青 ﹗鑊氣迫人熱燙燙到來,香噴噴使到口水流。調味濃郁,微辣中散發咸香︳惹味可口爽甜,不油不澀不乾不韌,非常高質 ﹗馬拉盞炒雜菜,跟炒通菜天淵之別,試一次便夠。秀珍菇、椰菜苗、芥蘭,碎濕濕,味道不太好。


泰式菠蘿炒飯,何解有洋蔥粒同炒呢,好驚喎 ﹗唯有慢慢細心地續粒續粒挑走,才能安心大大啖食呢。揀死我啦,好睏啊。炒得香噴噴,乾爽香口,雞蛋味濃,真材實料。撈上菠蘿、雜豆、豬肉鬆齊齊食,味道豐富,真的不錯。最後撈必殺黃咖哩蟹汁食,味道夾到不得了呀 ﹗


泰式乾炒豬肉河,炒功了得高層次有鑊氣,顏色均勻富光澤,調味可口甜美。生抽老抽用上黃金比例,香中帶甜、甜中帶咸,還夾雜著清新香氣。河粉黏黏完整彈彈,不油不膩,口感一流。


神乎其技,居然有塊肉片係凍冰冰架喎,而且勁嗅,吐都吐唔切,不會是朝早放到夜晚吧?其他肉片味道正常,帶著微溫。泰式乾炒雞絲河,炒河真心堅好味,食到無停口。不幸地雞肉無醃過,無肉味無鮮味,只有雪藏味。


蒜蓉法包,過份乾硬又韌又刮口,彷似隔夜麵包,一啖再見。泰式黃咖哩肉蟹,不辣咖哩可口宜人,甜味不過火、奶味不過重。蟹肉非常新鮮,彈彈滑滑,每口都釋放蟹汁。


大頭蝦粉絲煲,發現有肥豬肉及乾草頭做料頭,惹味香濃 ﹗大量完整粉絲啊,見到都開心。粉絲好好食,完全吸收蝦汁、香料及配菜味道,香甜濃郁。彈牙爽爽嚥韌,無過腍無過濕,高質無比。粉絲比大頭蝦更好食囉。細細隻淡水大頭蝦賣相低格,蝦味極淡,蝦肉又霉又腍,甩頭甩骨好肉酸。


泰式乾炒海鮮河,真材實料多籮籮,魷魚、青口、蝦仁、蛋花、芥蘭,雖則雪藏海鮮全無味道又無鮮味,幸好用河粉捲著吃還不錯啊。配料中最好食係芥蘭,爽甜脆卜卜又無渣。


食完幾注濃味粉絲後,河粉變得嚐不出味道呢,變得淡而無味,所以真的要由淡食到濃。情急智生,索性河粉撈粉絲,感覺也不錯,又幾好食喎。

泰發餐廳室內座位唔多,原來晚市可以喺外面加枱。今次帶朋友來試下海南雞,餐牌只見到炸雞,問左侍應姐姐,原來海南雞製作需時,晚市只供應炸雞脆肉炒椰菜苖椰菜苗幼嫰,鮮甜,脆肉其實喺燒肉,有5-6 片(厚厚地)少少咸,都幾香鹽燒盲鰽上枱時真喺有喲意外,好大條,肉質雪白,好滑,新鮮,雖然魚味偏淡,但廚師喺魚肚位加入香茅,而香芧喺碎粒,唔喺條狀,所以特別出味餐廳唔需要加一,只收現金

岩岩冇聊去行下盈豐,估唔到呢度已經同往日唔同,最大發現係既係九龍城既泰發泰國餐廳 居然會係屯門開😱試下呢度既水準同九龍城有冇乜差別。正當大家都食咖哩,金邊粉同海南雞既時候,我就食豬肉炒河粉,呢度炒河粉唔係用幼果款,不過都好滑身。同港式炒河唔同既係泰式有菜心,蘿蔔炒,菜心清甜度一般,所用豉油則為甜豉油,炒河粉唔太鹹之餘而且香氣十足。豬肉都幾嫩,宜多調味一番會更好。加5蚊就有龍眼冰,甜度適中,龍眼份量頗多。

正當大家都食咖哩,金邊粉同海南雞既時候,我就食豬肉炒河粉,呢度炒河粉唔係用幼果款,不過都好滑身。同港式炒河唔同既係泰式有菜心,蘿蔔炒,菜心清甜度一般,所用豉油則為甜豉油,炒河粉唔太鹹之餘而且香氣十足。豬肉都幾嫩,宜多調味一番會更好。

泰北秘技燒烤巨型海鮮蝦皇,蝦膏,蝦肉,絕對頂級。一試忘不了的味道,加埋秘制醬汁,令人回味無窮。
泰式金邊炒粉,酸辣味道,材料海鮮加上雞蛋的甘香,鑊氣十足。
椰青很清甜一個是不夠喝的,還柯打多一支啤酒才成。

行過盈豐商場發現左一間新既泰國餐廳,原來係泰發係屯門既分店。係屯門既泰國菜少之又少,所以覺得新奇就就去試下。 一入去見到牆身痴住好多食物相,第一時間叫左個黃咖哩肉蟹(4.5/5),好吸引!隻蟹都幾大隻,4個人食都夠!連蟹有3塊蒜容包,略嫌太少!咖哩味好濃,但唔夠辣,配一碗白飯應該好正!價錢差唔多要300蚊,貴定平自己定奪😂之後仲叫左菠蘿炒飯(4/5)及炒金邊粉(3.5/5),炒飯好足料,有肉鬆係面,有少少海鮮,幾好味。金邊粉都唔錯,正正常常,都好多配料,酸酸地好開胃,但細碟左少少!之後仲叫左個馬拉盞通菜(2.5/5),可能唔係通菜既季節,所以食落有渣要扣分💀。不過佢炒得好入味,落埋咸魚落去炒,好有趣,好少見馬拉盞通菜有咸魚,都幾惹味!不得不提,環境方面就有啲污穢,好多蚊,兩隻腳都俾蚊釘左好多粒!建議去果陣要著長褲!
