Another must-try is the Ameijoas à Espanhola, a delightful seafood dish steeped in rich Portuguese tradition. A true homage to local favourites, The Astor presents an array of iconic Dim Sum, such as Beef Balls, Fish Siu Mai, and Chiu Chow Dumplings. The heartwarming Local Deep Fried Chicken Leg pays tribute to the region’s heritage, offering a crispy skinned, golden sensation that is sure to delight. Indulge in the Macanese Pork Chop Bun, featuring a juicy pork chop nestled in a crunchy bun that epitomises Macanese cha chaan teng culture.

Indulge in the luscious Mango Pancake, bursting with fruity goodness, alongside the ultra-moist Pineapple Upside Down Cake topped with the sticky caramelised pineapple and crowd-pleasing Serradura. Relive nostalgia at the pickled fruit and candy corner, where traditional treats like Sunflower Hawthorn Flakes, Aeroplane Olive, and Seedless Licorice Flavoured Plum await. To top it all off, save room for the captivating live station’s Peanut Roll with Ice Cream, a showstopper that promises to delight and amaze.
