The Big Bite (Moved) New Location

與同事一行3人試試這間期待已久的店(因為一直沒有時間)最後決定叫2個set, 分別係墨西哥辣肉醬漢堡 & the big bite配燒烤汁芝士薯條 & 辣肉醬芝士薯條真的沒有令我失望, 個burger咬落去既口感好正!應該歸功於塊漢堡同個包吧!薯條也很不錯! 特別那些欲斷難斷的芝士~期待下一次!!!不過下次應該4個人share 2個set吧, 吃後肚子真的很撐...

今次食番big bite（最細）, 無咁頂胃, 不過食埋啲薯條都飽到上心口 , 舊肉依然燒得好香好juicy, 啖啖肉, 正呀!

有一次o係openrice搵o野食時無意中發現北角竟然有一間食Burger o既舖頭~點解會用「竟然」呢，因為北角一向都無呢一類型o既食店，所以覺得有o的驚喜~尋晚終於都有機會去試下喇~尋日夜晚八點左右去到，店舖唔試大，不過都坐得都ok，枱o既擺位唔試迫，當中大部份都係類似bar枱o既高身坐位，只有少量一般高度o既坐位~入到去先睇一下粉筆字o既menu，諗o左一陣，都係食網友介紹過o既BBC，因為本人對bacon有一份情義結~另外+$18轉做regular set，即係薯條+soft drink~之後就坐埋位等o野食，專登揀o左一個可以睇到廚房o既位坐，睇住自己個包慢慢成形~haha等o左10分鐘左右有得食喇~二話不說即試個包，包o左size (高度) 比Triple O's仲要高，我一口都咬唔晒，不過整個包o既size o黎計就係Triple O's 大o的~因為呢到o既包本身o既面積無咁大個~包o既味道真係不錯，肉汁好多，肉地比較軟身，整塊扒o黎講就係比較鬆身，因為呢個原因，每一口都唔會覺得太heavy~不得不提就係包入面o既洋蔥，辣味比較重，呢樣比較少見，不過本人係十分鍾意咁樣o

墨西哥辣肉醬漢堡 $49 ~ 微辣, 肉汁分明, 汁有紅腰豆, 漢堡又夠厚. 口細點也食不到!!芝士辣肉醬薯條+凍檸茶 $31 ~ 肉醬超多, 滲滿了整盒薯條, 凍檸茶很甜水牛城炸雞翼配藍芝士醬$35/6pcs ~ 選了中辣, 但一點也不辣. 藍芝士醬味道很淡

爺蛋食了The Big Bite, 佢大大個, 但比不上Triple Os大。但是爺蛋覺得The Big Bite 好味得多了。包面很脆, 包心很軟, sauce 很惹味加有少少辣, 正, 塊漢堡扒也很厚身兼有肉汁。另外, 爺蛋加多了$18 轉歺, 包一杯汔水同芝士BBQ汁薯條。D薯條好正, 唔明白點解D薯條有咁多汁蓋住都唔腍, 仲係外脆內軟既, 唔通係D芝士作怪??? Anyway, 好欣賞。我覺得是值得一試的。

漢堡包係香港的選擇十隻手指數得晒，所以有機會試都會去試。雖然材料係咩，心裏有數，不過正因為大家都差唔多，反而最適合做Quality test。之前睇過唔少讓店食評，好就唔使講，唔好之原因，都係離唔開漢堡扒過乾o既問題。為左求證走去一試，無叫招牌菜，選左個辣肉豆漢堡連set。一如所料，份量唔使擔心，處理手法都幾有趣，頂蓋包乾脆無放係上面，因為要加辣肉豆放係漢堡扒上，所以第一啖食到o既係辣肉豆。辣肉豆調味不俗，甜味咸味恰到好處，用來餸包最o岩，有90分。麵包柔靭有緻，夠香好咬口；薯條係連皮粗炸，單獨買來食都唔錯。入到戲肉漢堡扒，會唔會太乾呢？用叉一壓，好稔身，但汁唔多。一食就……奇怪，唔係太乾，係太稔。厚身漢堡扒通常會溝洋葱及少少麵包拑勻，但好明顯，搓個位唔夠均勻，仍然感覺到肉與麵包之分離感，肉感尤其不足，有點掃興。食完成個餐，未至太差，也不太好，好在唔難食。但以過去食Triple ‘O、Ned Kelly's Last Stand、Hard Rock Café之經驗，Big Bite無預期中好。品質控制尚待改進，仲有通風做得麻麻，入去唔係有烤肉味，反而係焦味，對客人、員工都無乜好處。不過

Have been there twice already. Must say the shop is not easy to spot as it is on exactly on street level (a few steps up). I was attracted first by the BBQ beef smell as i walked along the road. 漢堡包印象一般，吃過兩次兩次都過火，很rough而無肉汁的口感，真的Big Bite唔落。比起Burger Republic、Burgerroom漢堡店略有不如，但以價錢計又平上一截，不過要專程入到北角吃的話，可免了，同等價錢的monster burger比較就腳，肉質也好一點。反而熱狗是不錯，站在熱狗吧前吃，，即叫叫grill，熱辣辣地下點醬汁及酸瓜，腸仔落了幾刀，醬汁同瓜粒也輕易蘸在當中，幾得意設計，感覺也不錯。談不上好出色，不過也算是同東區少數似樣漢堡店。

在我心中, 香港我有幫襯過的 Burgers, 排名本身大致如下.1. Shake n Bun2. Burger King3. McDonald4. Triple O呢度只計漢堡專門店, 另外部份嚮 OutBack, Rudy Tuesday 等地方食過o既, 我就唔計啦~但自從偶爾嚮北角幫襯過呢間 The Big Bite. Shake n Bun o既排位即時下降.原因係, The Big Bite o既 size 比較適中, 而且我比較鍾意食佢o既小食.價錢方面, 亦都比起 Shake n Bun 平少少. 而且又唔駛好似 Shake n Bun 要等位時仲要坐高凳咁辛苦.加上近來再去 Shake n Bun, 唔知係唔係人流多左, 所以覺得個包無以前咁香口.Cheese Burger BBC, 很搶眼的藍標貼, 一睇就知係咩 BBC 即係 Back Bacon Cheese.另外一個標貼係用上紅色, 更 sharp!呢個係招牌貨, The Big Bite.BBC. 入面d 料一d 都唔少, 個包都幾厚下.要我咁大個口先可以一啖一口 (我影得唔好, 所以睇唔清楚塊漢堡).呢個包

Had to work on Sunday morning and were not in a good mood. Finally, my colleague told me to join her for a burger lunch in North Point. 5-20-2008 酒吧般的高凳，黑板粉筆字Menu，熱狗自助Bar，這間小小店，食物份量卻剛剛相反。 即叫即製，落單後可從透明櫃看到職員用火給麵包烤烘，看的過程帶著由天后Topping步行過來的期待。The Big Bite。5 1/3安士烤牛肉，雖未致於一嗚驚人的好味，但我會評價為不錯也不致失望。牛肉夠熱夠厚，反而更欣賞其他配料又蕃茄又生菜又酸瓜，稱得上為Juicy。雖然都吃得幾狼狽，這Big Bite真的很難1口嚼下，檯上有獨立包裝茄汁芥末，還有一棟紙巾，建議大家食漢堡前就及早拿定，否則雙手沾滿醬汁再拿紙巾便只會弄污其他不會用的紙巾。 加$28轉做Poutine Set。芝士燒汁薯條，第1口很脆，作為芝士愛好者，芝士多就夠多，可是稍有少少鹹吧，不過也未至於日式照燒汁那種鹹，但各有不同口味吧。不過盡快食為上策，因為那麼多份量的燒汁很濕，待得久只會令薯條變得軟身淋身。太飽了，成個餐都夠兩個人Share，漢堡和薯條都應該襯熱就食，我多想知道究竟跟餐是否都可以飲品Unlimited Refill。價錢有點兒偏貴，加上要等大約10分鐘才有得食，如果遇著多客人時候就要等得更長時間，但的確值得

It was Lan Kwai Fong beer festival last weekend and a bunch of friends decidede to gather to get drunk. Ha ha ha! Of course junk food goes best with beer. We walked past this booth of Big Bite and saw some really delicious looking sausages. Of course we couldn't resist. The dogs are all beef (according to the cook) and they have a very spicy rich flavour, the skin was crispy and you can see the oil and juice oozing from the sausages as the cook was grilling them, they also have a bar where you c
