The Coffee Academics ( 瑧蓺) (Closed)

Coffee Academics are a stand out coffee shop with a few branches around time. Their speciality coffees cost the earth but are outstanding especially the black pepper and agave latte. This is a modest sized outlet in a new high rise and is very modern and welcoming. I have been there 5 times now and whilst the food and drink is highly rated the service is insufferably slow. Every time. And they’ve not even been that busy. Sort the service and they’re sorted.

地方好大，但係好少坐位，除左卡位，其他都有d迫，仲有一張大枱，感覺岩＂一個人咖啡＂，自己一個飲咖啡☕️！食物OK啦，反而個蘑菇湯好好飲，去到呢度緊係飲咖啡啦，都唔錯啊！

相信大家都好鍾意食burger😎 但又好邪惡😱 咁如果係素食burger呢? 最近試左一款叫impossible既素食burger 驟眼望落同普通burger無咩分別 原來佢係用大豆蛋白加血紅素(heme)黎整既 新奇有趣😆The Coffee Academics x Impossible Foods推出左首款素食burger菜式 Impossible Burger黑色麵包相當特別 口感同普通burger分別不大 幾有肉味而且好juicy💧 裡面既tomato onion jam令burger更加惹味 burger黎講都算做得幾出色😛 JWF Cold Brew以The Coffee Academics創辦人Jennifer而命名既咖啡 同平時飲開既咖啡好唔同 有淡淡既野莓味 可以中和左burger既油膩☕ Yunnan Soda🍹呢款咖啡岩曬貪新鮮既朋友! 咖啡加soda飲落就好似飲緊cocktail咁 而且好多細密既泡泡☺️ 不過飲到底就有d甜 飲之前應該要攪幾下🤦🏻‍♀️

咖啡店位於地鐵站出口，一出就見到，非常方便。 店內裝潢時尚大方、面對正門擺放了一張又長又大的實木餐桌、適合一定大細坐下進膳。 今次我地兩個嗌左一個招牌早餐同白咖啡。 招牌早餐的焗豆配了少少肉，絕對唔係罐頭茄汁豆，正呀！但可惜腸仔同煙肉太油，我食一啖放棄左。 咖啡好香，不錯哦！Sourdough bread 配埋個醬，一流！

個日經過，忽然好想試下泡沫咖啡，咁就覺得真係好正的味道，苦度正，奶味控制都幾好，過口唔會覺得乾澀。環境OK，少少工業風，安靜。店員的英文好有意思，尾調提升，好似好開心噉。哩度仲有南非紅茶，非常難得。
