十幾人weekday去食lunch,唔駛等位。胡椒餅唔會太重胡椒味,唔食辣的我覺得幾好味。鮮蝦春卷個presentation幾靚,入面大大隻蝦。下次會再叫的菜。黑金磚豆腐唔算太特別,就只係黑色同平時見的樣子唔同。而脆腸粉幾好味,配個XO醬好正,但比較細碟,人多的話要叫兩份。脆鱔比較硬,唔係個個鍾意食,但個汁係唔錯。而腸粉都有少少特色,係綠色的!但其實唔太食得出有咩味XD水晶餃&蝦餃正常,餐廳可以按人頭叫點心的件數。菠菜&豆腐茄子煲無咩特別素炒飯唔錯,好香。而炒米粉都夠乾身,好味。炸子雞D皮好脆!!配埋好多蔥好正!!而甜品做得幾好,唔算太甜。餐廳仲有酒店會員優惠。本身對呢間餐廳無咩期望,以為都係普通中菜。但食完覺得每樣菜式都用心製作,又有少少特色,唔係平時出面食到,所以都值得一試呀!

以為與黃竹坑的「玉」是同一店,專程去試。原來只是同名而沒關係,它是附屬於麗豪酒店的中菜廳。可能沒展覧時便不多客,整個午餐時段應不超過10枱。地方不錯,坐窗邊還有山有海,還看見飛機低飛往機場降落😆茶每位@$28, 餐前小吃是鹹蛋黃魚皮@$30, 非常美味。最欣賞它的套餐可以一位用,不似大部份酒店2位起。 另外用信用卡或Open Rice 訂位有85 折。叫了一位套位@$398 ,再自加三款點心已足夠二人吃。套餐份量十足,有冷盤也有三款點心,雖然每款只有一粒,但蟹肉炒新竹米粉分量足兩人吃,味道非常好,而羊扒亦有2件,不「穌」,最後還有甜品。加叫的響鈴卷肉脆腸粉,非常晶瑩脆口,值得推介,而胡椒餅和芋角,水準合格。

好多酒樓都用其他嘢代替油炸鬼,做一啲代替炸兩嘅點心,有啲用米紙,今次佢哋用「響鈴」,但唔係打邊爐用嘅響鈴,效果好好。

今日年廿九很想去試新酒店點心,于是在OpenRice 上訂了玉的二人檯12:00。另外,想看看酒店游泳池。 突然接到玉的來電話12:00 已滿,要求我們改1:00 后,我們只有二人,希望可以如期進行12:00 進食。 由於酒店shuttle bus 東涌往來每小時一班,我們等了十五分鐘仍未見到,于是乘的士前往約$50。 到達玉后只見一個客人也沒有,我們是首枱客因為剛好12:00 才營業。 玉裝修新穎,二、三人枱靠海景窗,中間四人枱,旁邊沙發位也是四人,最入面是房間。我們坐近窗口,服務員送上歺牌,有點兒失望點心只有幾款,甜品只有二款,炒飯麵也是二款,有新年點心和菜式。 我們點了個新年素菜萬事如意$228 比想像中好食,點了一碗白飯一起食$20,蝦餃一般$98,墨魚籽燒賣好食$108,金絲南瓜水晶餃皮比較厚特別是底部$72,特色胡椒餅味道不錯$78,如果熱一些更好,另外,茶每位$28,芥醬$30。 由於新開試業,服務員表示二月會多啲點心。
