平時會時不時到外面吃pizza 或者叫外賣pizza, 但都沒有什麼覺得特別好吃的.這次假期去了大嶼山試了這家外表不出眾的意大利餐廳The Kitchen ,竟然有意外的發現, 就是他們做的pizza很好吃"皮薄餡靚"  pizza 餅由於是人手即叫即做,做出來的效果很薄脆, pizaa餡料也很用夠料,用料新鮮同芝士也加得均衡得宜. 因此我同太太今行都食多了份量, 至於其他食物也算有水準,在這就不多詳述了, 但pizza是絶對值得一試的!

同事食過介紹, 於是夜晚成班同事收工去左梅窩試下, 一試有驚喜真心第一次食意大利菜, 正唔正宗就唔知喇, 不過又真係幾好食, 而且又唔貴一行七人點左1) 三文魚沙律 x 12) PIZZA X 2 3) PASTA X 4 4) 牛扒x15) 羊架x16) 紅酒x17) 甜品 tirimisu餐廳門口, 沿碼頭行3分鐘就到達, 空間不大, 但環境不錯, 光顧的大多是外籍人士, 平日都坐滿人, 如果假期去最好BOOK 位.好大個pizza, 好脆好香, 叫左兩種口味, 一個唔記得影份量都幾足, 薯條都好好味肉醬意粉牛扒好juicy, 正!好味, 之後encore 叫多碟D 雞都幾滑, 唔錯

I was passing through on a hike and thought I might sit down and have a quick bite. I ordered a pizza and was amazed that anyone could pass that oily burnt shapeless thing as pizza.It was supposed to be parma ham and rocket but it was some other ham. The loud trucks loading gas cylinders along the ferry pier road did not make for a peaceful meal either. Nor did I enjoy the view of trucks speeding by.Beer was chilled atleast but the glass was not clean.

The place was messy, dirty, had children serving. Nothing was organized. We waited for 3 hours and they then told us they had forgotten our order. FInally a child took our order only to spill half the pint and and serve me my food with a serving spoon (since they ran out of cutlery) and a saucer to eat in (since they had no crockery). Then a bald chinese girl puts down our trout that was forced upon us. She was munching on bread and when my husband asked her for cutlery, she said there was none
