跟朋友一齊走入呢家餐廳,心情即刻興奮咗起上嚟😄!首先,佢哋嘅麵包籃三兄弟就已經攞捧。尤其係嗰款牛油香噴噴、口感鬆軟嘅,真係一啖咬落去心都融化咗。至於呢碟閃閃發光嘅北海道帶子,配上日本青瓜、萵苣同青蘋果汁,新鮮感爆燈💡!食落去清新得黎唔油膩,真係開胃!然後我試咗嗰碗扁豆湯,雖然有啲特別,但呢款湯品味道偏重,鹹香中帶沙沙感覺,如果唔鐘意太有層次嘅湯,呢個可能要考慮下。但黎到主菜時,我又再次驚艷咗!比目魚煎得皮脆肉滑,搭上邊度嘅辣肉腸跟番茄、馬鈴薯,呢個組合簡直絕👍🏻。黃油雞雖然唔夠預期嘅juicy,但柚子汁滴幾滴落去,味道一樣非常醒神。最後嘅甜品,紅桑子荔枝慕絲同朱古力蜜糖慕絲兩款都做到口感層次分明,杏仁脆底嘅脆脆同朱古力滑溜嘅口感,千嬅萬縷。食咗好多,仲有咖啡同茶可以選,真係貼心!整體嚟講,呢家餐廳環境同菜式質素夠晒正,食得開心,食得滿足,仲想再嚟!🍴🍵

之後去左半島食生日飯
大堂茶座除左下午茶出名
仲不嬲有做開生日優惠

如果係武肺以前

不過試暈晒唔同酒店之後就已經再無呢種諗法
所以時間真係好重要

去半島酒店lobby食tea要排隊是常識吧! 但而家lobby tea set隨着聖誕節日來臨伸延至1/F - 半島節日限定列車, 可先預約🥳基本上一樓裝修設置為古董蒸氣火車, 車廂內可容納24個座位, 屏幕上播放住倫敦及伊斯坦堡景色, 感覺置身歐洲般🤩餐牌則沿用返lobby節日下午茶menu, 以及半島經典精選名茶, 份量十足比較突出嘅係鵝肝薑餅板栗, 厚切煙三文魚配魚子醬, 開心果聖誕樹蛋糕同scones; 唯一美中不足嘅係有時間限制, 15:15-17:00 (最多可以坐到17:15), 同朋友食完傾多兩句就要走人, 有點煞風景🥲另一景點就係佢哋喺大堂放置咗一棵大嘅Chanel聖誕樹🎄, 吸引大量客人打卡

今年是香港半島酒店95週年及天星小輪125週年,兩個歷史悠久的牌子合作推出海上下午茶,以慶祝週年紀念!船上用了半島酒店的設計,環境漂亮,寬敞舒適。船上有Live Band演奏,可以一邊享用半島經典下午茶,一邊在現場音樂表演下欣賞維港沿岸美景。最底層放的是英式烘葡萄鬆餅,scones一如既往的好,吃起來不會乾,clotted cream很順滑。中層裡面有三明治,包括蛋沙律三文治、鯡魚魚子醬、加冕雞三文治、煙三文魚三文冶、傳統青瓜三文冶。三明治麵包鬆軟,不會乾!青瓜清爽,煙三文魚鹹香味適中。最上層放的是有天星小輪特色的甜點,包括有草莓卷配蛋白馬令、香蕉焦糖批、玉桂蘋果蛋糕、伯爵茶蛋糕配檸檬奶油醬。甜點賣相精緻,色彩繽紛,每一款甜度到恰到好處。
