今天請姨丈和姨吃晚飯,選了這家沙田的酒店中菜,我們一行6人可以在C區用餐。我們點了六道菜:招牌白胡椒蟹:這個味道好,可惜蟹比較削,不夠實肉,優惠特價菜,性價比算值。老虎斑兩味(碧綠炒球、蒸骨腩):這個份量足夠,碧綠選用西蘭花,炒魚球味道正,蒸骨腩也很嫰滑。薑蔥桶蠔:這個有點驚喜,很多酒樓直接將蠔和薑蔥一齊煮,煮完很多水,這個師傅先將蠔走油包層薄薄的脆漿先炸,外脆內軟滑,美味可口。龍蝦滑鷄煲:野味、龍蝦只有半隻,鷄滑、精華在蒜子,味濃香。金銀蛋莧菜:正常但我不喜歡有肉碎連咸蛋一齊煮。馬拉糕:小籠即叫即製,鬆軟。總體來說是滿意的一餐。

海參好爽口,調味調得幾好,帶有少少燒汁既甜味。冬菇等等都煮得幾入味,唔錯。

整體黎講,我覺得依間酒樓既小菜煮得幾出色,今餐仲食到龍蝦,好開心。
