To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 玩完6日嘅行程回港,高鐵到站自然就想食啲嘢返屋企,添好運唯一選擇,原本只想求其食啲嘢填下肚唔使回家自己煮,一入鋪頭就有人打招呼問幾多位?見我哋3個就話啱啱有張卡座,坐落枱見地方闊落又乾淨,即時有人上前問飲咩茶?掃描落單定填紙落?最後我哋掃碼落單,3個人食咗$301好飽,啲蝦餃燒賣係必食正!中間啲姐姐見我啲打開茶壺蓋又好快手來加水,上菜都算快,基本上25分鐘出齊!埋單冇加一,個收銀姐姐好好笑容又講多謝又自動問你需唔需要收據!今時今日唔錯👍比想像中好好 continue reading

用OpenRice这么多年第一次写食记,足见餐厅差到什么程度。添好运一直号称平价米其林,这话在若干年前或许有道理,时至今日,这家字号已经黑化成完全的相反面了。论食物,纯预制菜也就罢了,加热都不均匀,要么馅心还是凉的,要么就炸糊了;论服务,抱歉,侮辱了“服务”这两个字,也侮辱了香港人自己,用毫无服务可言一点不为过,这可能可以解释为什么它们没脸收加一吧。想起几年前友人还热情带我去中环那家店,虽不惊艳,但中规中矩;现在的西九龙高铁店,丢人丢出五湖四海了。 continue reading

事緣一行八人連同小朋友因為親人要坐高鐵先揀呢間添好運,開頭著綠色制服既樓面服務態度都幾好,點知有碟炸両腸粉好耐都未到,去到想追單既時候,有個著白衫既職員一句就話炸両係耐嫁啦,但我當時已經等左大半個鐘,又趕時間咁梗係叫佢一係追單一係取消,點知之後態度仲差,竟然話你係取消就即刻同我去買單,但到最後因為親人心急冇對單就俾咗錢先發現根本無取消,之後白衫職員啲態度都係覺得自己無錯,因為佢聲稱已經幫我哋取消左但最後無做到,之後一句野無講搶左張單搞左10分鐘先拎碟腸粉出嚟!之後一句唔好意思都冇!仲要係我背後話佢自己無做錯!另外收銀員也非常有問題,我反映意見既時候完全好似大家姐咁,完全事不關己,又無話可以取消乜都無回應,乜宜家好客之道原來係咁,仲要係高鐵站係接觸遊客既最前線,唔怪之得冇人留係香港消費!希望有管理層睇到正視下問題!食物入到口不過不失,不過呢2個員工態度簡直係垃圾! continue reading

旅行回來,一家人拉著行李約8時25分到達,告之九點last order,覺得時間上還可以使坐下!order完上菜還剩兩種點心未上到了差不多9時,已叫埋單,並告之9時20分會關門。吓!還差兩種點心都可以9時20分食完,便埋了單。店員見所有在座的食客巳經全部埋了單,便叫“細佬,開漂白水拖地!”那位“细佬”開始拖地時,濃烈的漂白水味漫延到我張枱,令人食唔落並且我開始聞到咳。我家人唯有立即order外賣盒將剩下的食物帶走。那位比外賣盒的阿姐店員不停催比錢,揾散紙都要時間,阿姐店員應該我地好想長留在這充滿濃烈漂白水味的店铺繼續用餐!!!打包完畢便立即走!食物質素還可以,但店舖的行事及員工的熊度令人不會回頭!!! continue reading

昨天返完大陸經西九回家,去左添好運食點心,-出車站見到,位置方便全場爆滿,要等30 分鐘先有位蘿蔔糕有粒粒蘿蔔,小朋友食左兩件腸粉即蒸,又熱又滑,叉燒好多燒賣好大粒,有咬口炒麵非常入味,秒清值得一讚,有一位非常熱心主動男侍應,身型較肥、灰色衫、帶帽,經常替我們加水,小朋友整跌飲管也耐心主動給新一支,不停叫我們耐心等候,為我們跟單,同我們講預計幾耐有蒸點,外賣也主動問是否分單及提我們盡早下單。今日咁忙都保持專業,值得加許👏🏻👏🏻 continue reading
