To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 水唔滾,無茶味,食物都是統一工場,無特別,分別就係價錢,唔建議來此間分店,伏一次就夠了。除左有別於有小菜,點心同其他分店味道一樣,地方寬敞一些,坐得舒服一點,無乜值得一讚。

今日經過西九龍站,見到有平民米芝連餐廳添好運,就來試試。位於西九龍站B1M層,木色系裝修,中式屏風,有點古典雅致,梳化卡座非常闊落舒服,員工親切有禮。掃描二維碼落單方便快捷。下午茶時段,客流少,可以坐低慢慢嘆茶,唔趕客,普通茶位$8,特色茶位$10,冷泡茶$15。酥皮焗叉燒包:熱辣辣出爐,外皮酥脆鬆化,内餡叉燒肥瘦適中,鹹甜叉燒包好滋味,内餡熱辣燙咀,心急人小心🫢😋招牌奶茶:標準港式奶茶,香滑茶味濃郁,有少許回甘唔苦澀,鍾意茶味濃,可以試試。添好運點心專門店 (尖沙咀)尖沙咀柯士甸道西3號香港西九龍站B1M夾層WEK B1M-1號舖

玩完6日嘅行程回港,高鐵到站自然就想食啲嘢返屋企,添好運唯一選擇,原本只想求其食啲嘢填下肚唔使回家自己煮,一入鋪頭就有人打招呼問幾多位?見我哋3個就話啱啱有張卡座,坐落枱見地方闊落又乾淨,即時有人上前問飲咩茶?掃描落單定填紙落?最後我哋掃碼落單,3個人食咗$301好飽,啲蝦餃燒賣係必食正!中間啲姐姐見我啲打開茶壺蓋又好快手來加水,上菜都算快,基本上25分鐘出齊!埋單冇加一,個收銀姐姐好好笑容又講多謝又自動問你需唔需要收據!今時今日唔錯👍比想像中好好

用OpenRice这么多年第一次写食记,足见餐厅差到什么程度。添好运一直号称平价米其林,这话在若干年前或许有道理,时至今日,这家字号已经黑化成完全的相反面了。论食物,纯预制菜也就罢了,加热都不均匀,要么馅心还是凉的,要么就炸糊了;论服务,抱歉,侮辱了“服务”这两个字,也侮辱了香港人自己,用毫无服务可言一点不为过,这可能可以解释为什么它们没脸收加一吧。想起几年前友人还热情带我去中环那家店,虽不惊艳,但中规中矩;现在的西九龙高铁店,丢人丢出五湖四海了。

事緣一行八人連同小朋友因為親人要坐高鐵先揀呢間添好運,開頭著綠色制服既樓面服務態度都幾好,點知有碟炸両腸粉好耐都未到,去到想追單既時候,有個著白衫既職員一句就話炸両係耐嫁啦,但我當時已經等左大半個鐘,又趕時間咁梗係叫佢一係追單一係取消,點知之後態度仲差,竟然話你係取消就即刻同我去買單,但到最後因為親人心急冇對單就俾咗錢先發現根本無取消,之後白衫職員啲態度都係覺得自己無錯,因為佢聲稱已經幫我哋取消左但最後無做到,之後一句野無講搶左張單搞左10分鐘先拎碟腸粉出嚟!之後一句唔好意思都冇!仲要係我背後話佢自己無做錯!另外收銀員也非常有問題,我反映意見既時候完全好似大家姐咁,完全事不關己,又無話可以取消乜都無回應,乜宜家好客之道原來係咁,仲要係高鐵站係接觸遊客既最前線,唔怪之得冇人留係香港消費!希望有管理層睇到正視下問題!食物入到口不過不失,不過呢2個員工態度簡直係垃圾!
