由高纖的三色藜麥、綠豆、花生、淮山、黨參、主角姬松茸製成,這款由白滑糯米製成的粽配甜豉油最合適,因為入面的餡料其實本身食味較淡,有幾條小小的黨參,一朵原粒姬松茸,一邊吃一邊聞到黨參的香味,並蓋過了姬松茸的清香,口感其實不俗,但並不是我喜歡的味道,對純素食者可能較合適。

現在到尖沙咀飲茶真是可以不用訂枱,反而屋苑酒樓不能訂枱兼要walk-in等位。今日到翠亨村飲茶,雖然已訂枱但亦可以隨時walk-in. 酒樓一路保持水準。由愛酥炸馬蹄條、古法馬拉糕。現在還有的芝麻卷、臘腸卷。應該要繼續支持。

同屋企人去下午茶 , 美麗華商場就呢間方便 , 但去到先知無下午茶 ,  都照食啦......一行6人叫左咁多點心 , 我地坐埋邊既枱 ,  覺得唔夠冷氣不過總算唔焗啦 , 我既飛佛係豬腳薑同叉燒酥 , 個豬腳好林好入味 , 醋有少少辣酸甜味啱啱好 , 2樣都好美味 , 蘿蔔絲酥餅好香口.....

先黎一杯鮮榨西瓜汁,幾好,應該無溝水。海皇翅,十分咸,但足料既,下次廚師都係試下味先出俾人。依個鱈魚好好味,好脆,外脆內軟,魚肉好滑。豬油咸蛋叉燒飯,咸蛋皇好香,漏晒油咁,叉燒都ok,依個真係唔錯。嗌左碟菜,正常味道。最尾仲有杏仁茶,味道ok,但磨得唔夠滑。
