華豐燒味少有香港傳统燒味店,香港舊色的傳統味道,店內裝修舒服,地方清潔,比一般舊式燒味店,多一點貴氣,特別一贊是店內服務員姊姊,有禮貌有態度,現在的香港更加少有,今天只吃了燒味下午餐,油雞燒味飯加例湯,再加一杯涷檸茶,每個寫燒味食評一定重點在於燒味,例如白切雞,燒鵝或叉燒及燒肉,但我比較先留意白飯及燒味店的燒店豉油汁, 很多人都忽略這個重要的主角,很多燒味店的白飯都比較爛,華豐燒味選用的米比外間的一定好,白飯上枱夠熱,配合自己的燒味汁,就能夠發揮化學作用,看似好簡單,現在很多店舖都未必做得到,油雞有豉油香味,有油香,雞肉夠滑,燒肉做到沙皮效果,肥瘦適中,最難得就是有選用辣椒漿,辣椒醬及芥辣醬也是靈魂之一,不要小看這些細節,這些都是現今新一代燒味店沒有的,大家要留意不是辣椒油,是辣椒醬,更加不可能是豆瓣醬,請大家留意!

This restaurant's location is located in the heart of Central.  A district where you would think to dine out would cost an arm and a leg, especially when you are out on a date with your loved one, and in this instance, the prettiest girl in the world, the apple of my eye, lets call her Anastasia.After a nice casual stroll around the old police station, we were both hungry.  She said shes hungry and wants something good.  I looked in my wallet, and all I can find was 1x $50 bill and 2x $20 bill.

Then Anastasia said shes would take me to this nice 燒味 place in central.  I said "Okay
" with a smiley face.  But in my head I'm like "Nice place?.. in Central?  ahhh crap is gona be pricy... but whatever... gota ball out sooner or later anyway"  And then she brought me here.  A very nicely decorated Chinese restaurant, very spacious yet not crowded.  

I gathered my nerves and flipped open the menu, expecting a simple 揚州炒飯 is gona cost me the price of 2 boxes of 3M N95s.  But to my surprise, I was taken away by how great the value was for the food thats served here.

I ordered what she ordered, as I was not sure how to order from these posh restaurants, and I did not want to appear too out of place, so I simply mirrored her order, 燒肉油雞飯.

The waitress asked whether I want their daily soup.  I asked whether its free?  She said no.  Just as I was about to say "No thanks...“  The waitress told me is only $10 HKD.  Immediately my baby girl said she wants 1.  I remember my wallet had $90HKD.  Still within my budget, so I said "make that 2" like a boss.

It was too good that I got sick of drinking out of this tiny spoon made for tiny humans.  I simply drank right out of the bowl like I was at home and... it was very satisfying.  And once I did that, Anastasia also copied me drinking out of the bowl.  Anastasia looked so pretty.

Then finally came the main course.  The $65HKD 燒肉油雞飯.  The 燒肉 was very tender.  Skin was crispy.  It was super delicious.  As for the 油雞, the skin was not too fatty and the meat was extremely juicy and tender.  Offering the most perfect chicken skin to meat radio.  I got the breast but my baby girl got the chicken leg.  they did not cheap out on the servings of meat.   It was delicious and plentiful.  I was more than satisfied.  Plus, the 燒味 flavored 醬油 and oil soaked rice tasted sooo delicious, I licked my bowl spotlessly clean.  Did not want to leave a single rice behind.  Anastasia appreciated how much I loved her suggestion, and I love her for suggesting such a delicious and great valued restaurant to my liking.  I will make this restaurant a place we will frequently go for anniversaries.

The night was simply perfect.

公司附近一間幾出名嘅燒臘店,曾經試過早午晚三餐都係食佢,聲明一下我唔係食肉獸,成日食原因係例湯好鬼正,冇味精湯渣煲到好溶,但有少少一嚿嚿食到,久唔久就玩下新款,真係飲幾多次都唔會厭,飯又好食,唔係太識分絲苗米定香米,咬落唔會太乾,加埋啲汁好好食,呢兩樣野已經足以令我成日幫襯,男人老狗唔係同阿媽住唔會有湯飲,我能力未夠養得起女朋友,佢都仲要出去返工做嘢,唔係成日都得閒煲湯,接受現實之後,出街食飯有一碗例湯就好足夠

經常光顧華豐既晚市小菜套餐。有小菜、中湯同一碗白飯,每位100蚊左右。今次叫左兩個套餐:欖菜肉鬆炒四季豆 芥末牛柳粒先來個湯,熱辣辣,好滋潤。本人覺得湯一定要熱辣辣先好飲,飲完有一種心擴神宜既即時應該,好正。唔記得呢個係咩湯,每日都唔同,但每次飲都覺得好足料,好甜。欖菜肉鬆四季豆,同一般食到既味差唔多。經典既欖菜味配肉碎有咸香味,餸飯一流!同埋四季豆食落覺得炒前有輕微炸過,口感加分!芥末牛柳粒,粒粒牛柳都沾滿青芥末醬,不嗆鼻,能食出青芥未既甜味。牛柳粒炒到剛好,肉唔會韌,但牛味會比芥末味搶左。Overall 比一般茶餐廳高質👍🏻

牛柳粒炒到剛好,肉唔會韌,但牛味會比芥末味搶左。

本局長得悉副局長家中高堂愛以街市燒味作菜,本局長遂於今午帶領副局長至中環一燒味飯堂用膳。據悉此飯店已屹立中環七十多年,本局長年前曾於半山幫襯,留下美好回憶,現時店面已遷至域多利皇后街中環街市對面,雖則位置不同,卻是美味依舊。本局長與副局長分嚐叉燒燒肉飯及燒鵝油雞飯。叉燒肥瘦適中,香味濃郁,燒肉皮脆肉嫩,菜心鮮嫩可口,飯粒粒粒分明,豉油香甜而不太咸。副局長亦對燒鵝油雞多有溢美之辭,更一度仰天長歎:「好食過街市嗰D好多!」總括而言,好食。

老爺一向是華豐义燒Fans,西環舖收檔後,一家人打算幫襯中環新舖,老人家比我們早到,同侍應講話6個人枱,獲回覆只有兩個人唔比得枱住,後來叔仔兩個到達,4個人都話未夠人,奶奶打電話比我們,確認我們已在中環站行緊去,但啲侍應堅持唔比枱,明明場內有空枱,都要叫個80歲的老人家繼續企在街外等,兼且態度奇差,激到他們即走。兩分鐘後我們到達時,其實場內仍有兩張枱可供六人坐。想問華豐,呢啲係咩服務態度?任憑你的食物幾好味,呢啲趕客態度,連粉絲都一走了之!

本是一間很有歷史很有人情味的老字號,環境食品不錯的餐廳,接手主理的小姐都好nice, 其他服務人員都好有專業態度,耐何一位着黑恤衫的男服務員的態度就不知所謂,客人落單唔答,問佢攞嘢聽唔到,就算彩你,佢嘅態度都係勁差,佢係全店最大聲最沒禮貌的一個,真心不明白點解老闆會縱容一個這樣的員工繼續服務客人。
