終於有機會一試公司附近新開的日式料理,午餐選擇不太多,有不同的雞定食,如唐揚炸雞、親子丼。牛則有牛烏冬、牛肩肋等。今次我點了$198 的牛肩肋定食,定食有湯、沙律、魷魚沙拉前菜及甜品抹茶麻薯。牛肩肋點了5成熟,味道可以,上環此等價格不過不失,不算特別突出。隨餐更附送冷熱飲品,我點了一杯柚子蜜,正正常常,沒有特別。環境偏吵,有點難聊天。

習慣重口味如我,這個華味鳥土鍋飯($238)就是我杯茶了,有點像煲仔飯,以木魚昆布湯煮成的飯帶鮮甜味道,配以燒得香口的雞肉,每吃一口都香口惹味,明明已經飽了,還是忍不住要再吃。

福岡人認為要跟隨特定的時序,才能真正品嚐到水炊鍋的滋味,首先喝一口原味的雞湯,無添加味精;細細熬煮出富含膠原蛋白的醇香之味,黏黏的口感、味濃滋養;第二口可按個人喜好加入鹽、青蔥、橙醋或柚子胡椒調味,雖然我是原味的擁躉,但有選擇的自由總是讓人興奮的!

飲完靚湯,接著便吃雞腿肉,彈滑有嚼勁,再來便是雞肉混雞軟骨而成的雞滑,軟綿嫩滑中更添口感,果然無負「華味鳥」之名!

吃罷再加入新鮮蔬菜,湯底鮮甜不油膩;盡得精華的每條菜蔬實在索得很!

皮脆肉嫩的鳥唐揚超好味呀!

完成以上的程序後,餘下的雞湯當然不會浪費,加入白飯、雞蛋、蔥花、橙醋、脆米等食材做成燉飯,可謂正宗日本流吃鍋法;米飯吸收了雞湯的所有精華後,味濃且甜,絕不可走寶呀!

鳥の土鍋飯($238)~
另一散點菜是以木魚昆布湯煮成的土鍋飯,雞肉嫩滑甜香、飯更是沾滿其香氣;肚皮雖已撑,卻架不住饞蟲勾引而吃了兩大碗;另一食味是茶漬飯,也是個不錯的選擇。

甜品是原味蕨餅 和 玉子布甸,前者煙韌清淡;後者香滑味濃,至此實在大滿足了!

Happened to come across this place which serves japanese yakitori /skewers and traditional misutaki hotpot. We ordered a few rounds of skewers to go with the sake from the house plus the two bottle we have bought to the resturant for this occasion. Quality was very good but some of my friends found the chicken wing to be slightly too salty. Then came what I came here for the hotpot and also what the staff recommended me which is kind of a a japanese version of pot chicken rice whichis served can be eatten chazuke style. The pot was just what I have expected, tender chicken meat and good chicken based soup. We got the set that comes with also veggi for the people who less into meat.

今日同老公係上環辦點事, 原本諗住行去蘭桂芳果邊Lunch, 但係因為天氣實在太熱嘅關係, 經過南豐大廈就上咗去搵野食~ 行行下見到新開呢間餐廳有lunch set, 出面reception 個女仔又非常甘有禮貎所以就入左去試🥰我叫左個西京燒定食($228)同熱柚子蜜, 老公食燒鳥丼定食($158)同凍柚子蜜. 個定食好豐富, 有麵豉湯, 主食, 飯, 海蜇, 沙律, 蒸蛋, 仲有甜品綠茶厥餅, 每一樣都好好味,我全部清晒, 我試左老公幾舊燒雞都燒得好juicy 好惹味🤤🤤🤤仲有隻溫泉蛋, 可以好好送飯🤤 佢另外2:30仲有下午茶set, 價錢平D, 如果唔太肚餓可以試吓, 總括嚟講我食完覺得好滿意好滿足😊
