午飯時間只想簡單吃碗粉,路過看到原來筲箕灣馳名的王林記在柴灣有分店,於是不用排隊就直入食麵。店內環境比總店摩登,座位也闊落。入座後點了蔥花魚蛋米,本人最愛蔥的香味,等了五分鐘後就有得食。熱辣辣的米粉上放上五粉香蔥魚蛋,有少許蔥花,仲有芽菜,好精緻。飲了一口湯,味道淡沒有重手落大量味精。一口咬魚蛋,OMG好彈牙,魚味帶著蔥香,好好食,米粉幼滑的份量剛好,不至過飽。枱面上放了店內自家制醃蘿白,任食的,食了一口,好正酸酸甜甜好開胃,夏天真係啱晒,會再來幫襯。

晚上路過這小店,見它地方寬敞,人客不是太多,實在很適合疫情下一個人食飯,見OR食家大多推介粉麵,於是胆粗粗叫了焗豬扒飯,跟熱檸賓,等了15分鐘,食物來了熱檸賓 - 檸檬和利賓納的比例剛好,酸酸甜甜,很解膩焗豬扒飯 - 飯面除了見到豬扒,就是芝士和蕃茄,非常香,飯炒得很乾身,三大塊有骨豬扒,先炸過保持其肉汁,再同蕃茄芝士炒底一齊焗 既香且脆,豬扒要帶骨的才好吃,肉質鬆軟,厚薄適中。埋單五十一個大洋,抵食。

見佢開咗咁耐都冇嚟過,今日順路就去食下啦。 佢中午食晏時間前冇乜人而且服務都唔錯,食物水準同筲箕灣原店差唔多,但係坐得舒服好多,而且仲有咖哩魷魚呢啲懷舊食物,真係好好味! 叫咗個從未試過嘅蔥香魚蛋粗麵,魚蛋彈牙又有蔥香,超好味。再加上有免費取食嘅醃蘿蔔,切成條狀薄片,都唔錯,不過我都係鍾意啲蘿蔔一粒一粒咁會好味啲。 希望佢多啲人幫襯,因為位置比較難搵,所以可能因為呢個原因冇咩人,但係咁好味嘅嘢點可以由得佢消失呢!

筲箕灣名店在柴灣開分店,奇怪在次次行過都不算多人,在好奇心驅使下,就去試下。叫了魚唇香蔥魚蛋撈幼麵湯好飲,是切腩的湯。麵也算大碟及有不少芽菜,麵身彈牙,撈面均勻,味較濃。不錯。魚唇一夾起,沒有切開,好大塊,心諗難道要用刀义食?兩塊都很大塊,食落一點腥味也沒有,而且好淋好有膠質,令人想一啖接一啖去食,而且味道配撈麵夠味,不用再加味了。香蔥魚旦是重蔥味及彈牙、有魚味,好食。下次要試埋魚肚先,唔使等位又有啖好食,不錯。
